Mindfulness: A Check Up From The Neck Up

Give generously, and not just to people you know.  The Spirit of the season is the same Spirit that thrives all year long … how sad that we choose to remember it’s Presence for a few scant weeks, and only around this time of year.  Resolve to cease BEing superficial now and from this day forward:  Walk your Talk.  Be Mindful and Compassionate every day of the coming year … and let it begin today.  Aloha kekahi i kekahi … Let’s love one another, now and always.  Mele Kalikimaka e Hau’oli Makahiki Hou oukou … Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, everyone.  One Love!

Aloha Kakahiaka e Hau’oli nani Po’aono kakou … Good morning and Happy beautiful Saturday to you all!!

There is so much going on in this world, too much negativity; too much violence and too much hatred.  Aloha Kekahi I Kekahi … Love One Another!  Don’t sweat the small kine stuff:  imua (go forward).

I struggle with this too but, I saw something again this week on social media that leaves me shaking my head.  I just wish everyone could live the Aloha way – the only way to live righteously.  How does the Aloha Way look like?  Well, you know Bruddah Iz’s famous rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow?  Just look at this image, in case you forgot while singing along with his song.  Wishing each and every one of you a very peaceful and blessed day!
