Alan Watts | How To See Through The Game – the secret to life :: happiness
Truly, the best thing you can do for yourself, to feel good that is, is to do good onto others. be it small or big, a nudge in the direction of positivity is a positive self reflection. happiness is the secret to life… there’s no doubt about that. one thing i can do today is amplify goodness of greater people, and act as an invisible conduit. and that feels good.

How to Make Hand Soap (and Why Thyme Essential Oil is the Perfect Ingredient!)
Before I get into the DIY hand soap recipes, I want to talk about Thyme essential oil, so you’ll know why I’m focusing on it for cleansing skin and supporting health.
(If you want to go directly to the recipes, scroll down to the sub-headline, Thyme Hand Soap Recipes!)
Did you know that Thyme essential oil was used in field hospitals in WWI?
Salvatore Battaglia mentions this in his book, The Complete Guide to Aromatherapy.
He gives a quick explanation for how Thyme essential oil was used:
“It was extensively used to medicate gauze and wool for surgical dressings. It resembles carbolic acid in its action, but it is less irritating to wounds and its germicidal action is greater.”
Thyme has been used in similar ways throughout most of recorded history.

Lāʻau Lāpaʻau | Discover the Health Benefits of the ‘Christmas Tree’, Spruce Oil and Pine Oil
Crooked Bear Creek Organic Herbs
The Pine tree is easily recognized as the “Christmas Tree,” but it is also commonly cultivated for its wood, which is rich in resin and is thus ideal for use as fuel, as well as for making a pitch, tar, and turpentine, substances that are traditionally used in construction and painting.
In folk tales, the height of the Pine tree has led to its symbolic reputation as a tree that loves the sunlight and is always growing taller in order to catch the beams. This is a belief that is shared throughout many cultures, which also refer to it as “The Master of Light” and “The Torch Tree.” Accordingly, in the region of Corsica, it is burned as a spiritual offering so that it can emit a source of light. In some Native American tribes, the tree is called “The Watchman of the Sky.”
In history, the Pine tree’s needles…

Day 15 – Locking it Down with CPM
Did you know if you’re always home doing laundry, you only need to own 3-4 outfits? Pajamas, whatever.
Home-school fifth grade is coming along, and school will remain closed until May 1. The school so far has only provided a math and reading packet, which we will complete in no time. I’ve also added spelling (apparently, they don’t have spelling in fifth grade anymore), states and capitals, social studies and geography. Spelling words are easy – I just pick the words she spells wrong and bam – spelling words.
I told my daughter that if she passed her spelling test, I would make pizza. While I detest leftover night, I do love leftovers on pizza night!

Meditation Moments …

Every single thing always works out even when you don’t understand it at the moment. You can look back at past experiences and be grateful that certain things didn’t work out because you wouldn’t be where you are. Be grateful. Whatever you’re going through now will pass.
You are a miracle. Life is a miracle. Everything around you is all miraculous. Once you see things from this perspective you’ll feel a sense of peace that you don’t have to try so hard to control everything. Let go and trust in the higher power to guide you. Surrender your worries. Give up your doubt. Let yourself be free from resistance. Faith and fear can’t occupy the same space. Decide to believe in yourself and watch magical things start to happen in your life.
Stop overthinking, worrying, and stressing yourself out. Everything will be okay. It might seem like it at the moment when you’re in the midst of everything, but when you let go and feel that sense of inner ease great things will begin to happen for you. Ease is a state of trust and a powerful way of allowing. Your faith has to be strong in believing that you can manifest and receive what you want.
All your requests and deep desires has been received by the universe. You efforts, your visualizations, and your prayers have been heard. You sent the signal out, now you just have to trust and be patient as your blessings begin to flow into your life. Don’t think about how it will happen, that’s not for you to worry about. Put it out there and let it happen. The universe picks up vibrations and those in gratitude, joy, and love for what they want to receive get them. The grateful get showered in blessings. Instead of overthinking, align your faith with divine timing and trust that everything that belongs in your life is making its way towards you right now.
Don’t block what’s coming by thinking negatively. What you want has been on the way, but your worry, doubt, and lack of trust has been slowing down the process. Start releasing and start receiving. You got this.

Day 13 – Locking it Down with CPM
As much as we would like to keep this as a daily blog, we’ve found that we really only have every other day worth of material. Because lockdown is boring. Every other day is a bit of a stretch at this point, but we will keep at it. Welcome to day 13!
We’d like to give a shoutout to everyone on the front lines. Clerks, cashiers and everyone at the grocery stores! Truckers, delivery drivers; restaurant, fast food and gas station workers! Nurses, doctors and everyone at the hospitals! Garbage collectors, water, sewer, power and internet workers! Thanks for keeping us running! We appreciate you!
A relative of ours works for an Amazon contractor. She has worked every single day. We have family who work in IT. They also work every single day. And into the night, and back up at 5 am. What does CPM do in end times?…

FDA fast-tracks the drug, modeled after the natural substance quinine in cinchona bark, for use in COVID-19 clinical trials
Editor’s note: The nonprofit American Botanical Council (ABC) is disseminating this information to its members and other stakeholders in the medicinal plant community to provide historical insight into the ethnobotanical approach to drug discovery with respect to chloroquine and its derivative hydroxychloroquine. ABC is not recommending the use of chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine, or any of the quinoline alkaloids on which these drugs are modeled, as treatments or for the prevention of COVID-19. This includes any naturally occurring botanicals with similar or related chemistries. Such recommendations must come from appropriate medical and regulatory authorities after appropriate testing is done. ABC emphasizes that the use of these drugs carries a substantial risk of adverse side effects. ABC has always supported the process of modern drug development from medicinal plant and fungal sources, insofar…

Astrology | Aries New Moon [Astro Weather]
Astro Weather: Snapshot
The lunar cycle is a kind of astrological return that people have lived by for millennia, and each cycle tells a story.Astro Weatherreveals the story, and its issues and theme, so you can be present and harmonize with its planetary energies.
Aries New Moon signifies the start of the new year, spring, and 2020’s is a doozy. This month will be very concerned with healing from wounds we received that weren’t our “fault” but which we could not avoid. These wounds tend to be to the core identity, the body, the face, one’s sense of self.
The silver lining in this is that wounds give us the opportunity to heal, and healing is growing.
This wounding and healing thread is very strong this month, so however it shows up in your life, know that it’s giving you the opportunity to grow, to heal yourself…
