This delicious pasta sauce recipe is so easy, it will be ready by the time your penne pasta is al dente!

There is an abundance of fresh tomatoes and basil this time of year in the San Francisco Bay Area – here is a quick and easy way to enjoy the abundance.

Caprese Pasta:
5 medium tomatoes, diced
½ small onion, finely diced
3 large cloves garlic
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
10-12 large basil leaves
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
½ cup pasta water **See note below**
Fresh mozzarella (optional)
Penne pasta

1. While your pasta water is boiling, chop your onions, tomatoes, basil and garlic. Drop your pasta when the water is boiling – don’t forget to salt the water!
2. Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add about a tablespoon of olive oil. When oil is hot, add onions. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add garlic. Cook about 30 seconds…

Typically, when we see the Queen of Pentacles show up, especially on a weekend, I am all about the Mom vibe. Here it is again! The 8 of Swords holds the record for most appearances, I believe! However, in the last couple of weeks, both the cards and the energies present, have been pushing you to break out, whether it be a situation, or your comfort zone. As the day begins, you are still under the Aries Moon, where the Full Moon occurred, but it is void and will be moving into Taurus.

This is a card of feeling trapped, powerless, and not being able to see your way out of a situation. The answers exist, but it may require some thinking out of the box on your part. We are still under the influence of the powerful Aries Full Moon, and today, the Aries Moon will be squaring off with Pluto, a rather moody aspect, and for most of your day it will also be void-of-course.
