Pāli Word a Day for March 01, 2021 — anāghāta — freedom from anger or ill-will

Sukarāni asādhūni,
attano ahitāni ca.
Yaṃ ve hitañca sādhuñca,
taṃ ve paramadukkaraṃ.

Easy to do are things
that are bad and harmful to oneself.
But exceedingly difficult to do
are things that are good and beneficial.

Astrology | 2021-03-04 Mercury Conjunct Jupiter (7th Harmonic Learning Triangle)

Grandtrines

Summary

What’s the point? The point is this: “things” could go “boom” next week. While I would be surprised to see another ice storm, I wouldn’t be surprised to see another natural disaster or an escalation in the Middle East that turns into a (hot) war.
I still believe that, if Hillary Clinton had been elected, we would have been in a “hot” war, and maybe nuclear weapons might have been used with the dire consequences that they bring.
Regardless of what you think of him, Donald J. Trump DID keep us out of a war, despite being close to them at times.
The location of Biden’s Moon, and several other factors in both Biden and Harris’ charts, lead me to believe that this administration will lead us into a “hot” war.

The chart for March 4th of 2021, at the time of the Mercury / Jupiter conjunction, has what…

Meditation | The Pathless Path – 4

These guided meditations are not from any particular tradition, but could be seen as reflecting the perennial teaching inherent to many traditions. They have been created to help convey the practice that will lead to Samadhi, which is realization of your true nature beyond this limited form. Integral to this ancient form of meditation is the cultivating of the skills of concentration and inner surrender (mindfulness), which has been shown to have many side benefits such as reduction of stress, increased attention and cognitive abilities, increased compassion, tolerance, creativity, emotional intelligence, self awareness, ability to break addictions, and a variety of health benefits. As we move through the practices we move from shorter periods of meditation to longer periods, and we move from using techniques to choiceless awareness. We move from mind fullness to mind emptiness, and to realizing the non-dual state or the Samadhi state which is beyond fullness and emptiness.

This meditation series is divided into 3 parts; beginner, intermediate and advanced, going progressively deeper into meditation and self inquiry. We will start by narrowly focusing on the breath, which will help to cultivate presence and equanimity. Once you have practiced the beginner meditations and you are able to stay with the breath at the nostrils for long periods of time, you can move to the intermediate meditations where we start to observe the entire field of changing phenomena throughout the body. Once you have practiced the intermediate meditations and are able to be with the field of changing phenomena, you can move to the advanced meditations where we will start to observe consciousness itself. These meditations can be seen as preparation for the longer 1 hour meditations in the Samadhi Guided Meditation Series. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list…

Practice in a comfortable position, sitting on a cushion, chair or meditation bench and make sure your spine is straight. Rest your hands in whatever position you like. Once you have found a comfortable position, make an intention to stay in that position for the whole meditation without shifting or moving. The eyes can be open or closed. If they are too open you may become distracted, and if fully closed your meditation may become foggy or dull. So adjust your practice accordingly so that your meditation is vivid and lucid.

Energy Update | February 28, 2021

Be open to unexpected blessings. What belongs to you will effortlessly flow into your life in a way that might currently seem unimaginable. This is why you must stay open to possibilities instead of perceived ideas of what’s in the way. Nothing or nobody can stop your blessings or what’s meant to be for you. You are the one that decides and declares your experiences. Deep within you, you know what you truly want. Let that be your focus. Let that be your inspiration to keep going. Instead of worrying about how, just relax and be in a deserving state to receive. Believe that it is already yours. Start owning and being the energy of what you want to receive.

Never worry, stress, or overthink how everything you’re going to manifest or receive will happen for you. Just believe that it will. Believe in it. There’s great power in believing what you can envision in your mind, not really in what’s happening in front of you. Everything that can happen for you, starts with a single thought. You have to believe in it till it shows up. The more you believe in that thought, the more you will feel it. The more you feel it, the quicker it will manifest it into your reality. You should trust in the greater power that’s constantly aligning everything for you through your visions and inner state of being.

Choose to connect with your inner self for guidance through this process of change and receiving. You will grow stronger everyday, because you trust the energy that sustains you. How can you not trust the source that powers all of life so precisely without a single error? Don’t let fear, negativity, and lower your energy and steal your shine. Noticing blessings is just a matter of perspective. See the light in every situation. See what’s moving everything and what’s giving it so much life. Connect with it. Be ready for sudden breakthroughs. What you feel and think is already coming towards you. Just start counting your blessing and celebrating who you are right now. Self-acceptance and self-love is the shift that will make everything align for you.

Pāli Word a Day for February 28, 2021 — sukhuma — that which is delicate, or that which is fine, subtle, minute

Attā hi attano nātho;
ko hi nātho paro siyā?
Attanā hi sudantena,
nāthaṃ labhati dullabhaṃ.

One truly is the protector of oneself;
who else could the protector be?
With oneself fully controlled,
one gains a mastery that is hard to gain.

Scientists Discover Astronomy | Massive ‘Pipeline’ in the Cosmic Web Connecting the Universe

Sancta Rosa

If you peer into the deep reaches of time and space to glimpse the universe when it was just a few billion years old, you’ll see an ancient era populated by many massive galaxies. Simulations suggest these galactic behemoths must have been fed by cold gas in dark matter filaments—structures that make up the cosmic web that connects galaxies in the universe—but the nature of these gas infusions has remained murky in the absence of direct observations.

Astrology | Full Moon : February 27, 2021 (Virgo Moon / Pisces Sun)

Grandtrines

Full Moon : February 27, 2021

This lunation is also active.  Similar to the recent New Moon, the chart for this FM shows it has a Thor’s Hammer (potential for violence, explosions, or other disasters).  The chart also has a Yod, a clear indicator that many of us will face an important decision this weekend, continuing into early March (and possibly beyond).

The 7th Harmonic and 5th Harmonic activity is so pronounced that at least a few of you will produce works of genius this weekend.  That crazy idea from a few weeks ago?  Go back and look at it now.  You might see something special!

This Full Moon occurs on a weekend, and with the Thor’s Hammer (Fist of God) some of you will be accident prone or may get into fights.  Please be careful at this time.  If someone attempts to provoke you, walk away!

Astrology | Full Moon – February 27, 2021

We have a Full Moon in Virgo at 8 degrees (3.17 am EST). Virgo is the second Earth sign in the zodiac and is the sign that rules our health and daily routines as well as our work space. It is also the aspect of us that provides service to others. It is a sign that connects us to our physical body and the divine feminine. It is also associated with mind as it is ruled by Mercury. Mercury is finally direct in Aquarius which has given us more mind energy.
Virgo’s opposite is Pisces, the sign of higher love and compassion, Oneness and spirituality. We are therefore asked to create balance and harmony between mind and soul, letting go of criticism and small details in order to create a holistic view and approach. We need to let go of judgement, toward ourselves as well as others, through unconditional love and compassion.
When we let go of mind, we can connect to intuition. And if we balance intellect and imagination we create integration within between knowledge and wisdom. This requires us to go within and meditate and rest as much as possible throughout the month.

The Connection Between Shamanism & Quantum Physics

Shamanism was an integral part of humanity for thousands of years. They were the first healers, teachers, and scholars. Eventually, the wisdom of the shamans was lost through the trials and travails of humanity. Now, in our modern age with technology that grants us access to knowledge from around the world, we have brought the […]

Aloha Spirit | Ho’okupu: Offerings of Gratitude

Ho’okupu is a Hawaiian tradition and is in practice today just as much as it had been in days gone by. In a nutshell, they are offerings given freely as an expression of gratitude, respect, and aloha:  an ENERGY EXCHANGE that brings a healing ’round full circle, so that energies are cycled as they are elevated.  […]
