About Sirius, The Dog Star – by Jonny Enoch
ESOTERIC ETYMOLOGY & THE DOG STAR: The origins of “Sir” according to Jordan Maxwell are rooted in ancient mysticism. Most will trace the word back to “Sire” or “Senior”. Jordan tells me this kingly title was originally based on the dog star, Sirius. But if you look up what modern etymologists say, they link it to the Greek “Seirios” meaning “scorcher”, and the Egyptian “Sothis” (the daughter of Osiris). A few years ago I was walking at night under the stars with Jordan in the desert. We looked up to the right of us and saw Sirius, which is the brightest star in the sky. He said, “do you know the real reason why people call each other Sir? It comes from the Egyptian god O-SIR-is, which is where you get the name Sirius, the dog star. In fact, in the article below you will read that Osiris has been connected to Sirius (“As-Ar”) since pre-dynastic times with the Osireon cults at Abydos. This is why we say something is “serious” when discussing anything important. Moreover, dog is God spelled backwards (the dog star) and is why you have DOGMA. Also, Jordan went on to tell me that when you hear someone say they are “falling in love”, or they are a “fell-ow” that comes from the “sons of god” or “fallen angels” in the biblical text that laid with the daughter’s of men.

Essene Mystery Teachings and Esoteric Christianity | Rev. David Crawford
Esoteric Christianity refers to the contemplative study and to the mystic living of esoteric knowledge as related to what adherents view as the “inner teachings” of early Christianity, and is believed to be the teachings originally associated with the Essenes.
Some modern-day practitioners believe that the foundational teachings of Esoteric Christianity were publicly presented to the world in an effort to establish a future universal religion as mankind, with a more developed mind and will, walk forward to the understandings of universal Brotherhood. Its central aim is to aid each human being in his/her task of developing the “Christ within” each of us that must be reborn and awakened.
In this context, the Christ Within is defined as “soma psuchicon”, meaning soul body, which was needed by each individual in order to be able to enter and permanently live in the next etheric realm (new heavens and earth): the New Galilee.
This etheric region is thus regarded as the place where man, through the development of the soul body and not in the physical form, “shall be caught up “in the cloud” to meet the Lord; (the Second Advent of the Christ.)
These teachings are also believed by some to enable each individual to understand the mystery of life, that is, the mystery of death, eliminating the fear of it and to prepare human beings to start seeing among themselves the Way of transcendence.
This is being done according to the words “For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known.” (Luke 8:17; KJV) and it is knowledge that had to wait its own time to be grasped by our own mind, as the Christ spoke: “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.” (John 16:12).
It is also referred in the same form of Esoteric Christianity that
there are, and always have been, those being prepared towards
initiation – into the Lesser Mysteries, the secrets concerning the
science of life and being, – through harmonious development of the mind and the heart in a spirit of unselfishness service to mankind.
According to Max Heindel the door of a genuine mystery school is not unlocked by a golden key, but is only opened as a reward for meritorious service to humanity and the true pupil of any mystery school is far too modest to advertise the fact; he will scorn all titles or honors from men, he will have no regard for riches save the riches of love given to him by those whom it becomes his privilege to help and teach.
From an occult point of view, the esoteric Christian tradition
primarily traces itself to the exceedingly devout Order of Essenes which existed in ancient Palestine. They are described as a third sect which existed besides the two that are mentioned in the New Testament, the hypocritical Pharisees and the materialistic Sadducees.
Yehesua, according to the esoteric Christian tradition, was a high initiate educated by the Essenes, till his thirty years of age, and reached a very high state of spiritual development. It is likely that his education was conducted among the Nazarenes of Mount Carmel, an Essene community west of the Galilean area of Palestine.
This Order opened their initiation into the mysteries, in that time and through the centuries ahead, to the most prepared and worthy individuals, who were then able to achieve extraordinary qualities through their own efforts, study and understanding.
——————————————————-
He answered and said unto them, “Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.” (Matthew 13:11)
And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the
kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. (Luke 8:10)
Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. (Matthew 7:6)

The Lost Continent of Kumari Kandam | Ancient Origins
LEGENDS OF LEMURIA: The term Kumari Kandam first appeared in the 15th century Kanda Puranam, the Tamil version of the Skanda Puranam. Yet, stories about an ancient land submerged by the Indian Ocean have been recorded in many earlier Tamil literary works. According to these accounts, there was a portion of land that was once ruled by the Pandiyan kings and was swallowed by the sea.
Most people are familiar with the story of Atlantis, the legendary sunken city as described by the ancient Greek philosopher Plato.

Societal Influences: Here’s What Just a Few Days Without Electronic Devices Did For Children Reading Human Emotion
Researchers suggest children’s social skills are declining as they have less time for face-to-face interaction due to their increased use of digital media, according to a UCLA psychology study. Scientists found that sixth-graders who went five days without even glancing at a smartphone, television or other digital screen did substantially better at reading human emotions than sixth-graders from the same school who continued to spend hours each day looking at their electronic devices.

A History Lesson: The Real Irish-American Story Not Taught in Schools | By Bill Bigelow | Common Dreams
Did you know that the “Famine was about the same greed we see today?
Excerpt: More than a century and a half after the “Great Famine,” we live with similar, perhaps even more glaring contradictions. Raj Patel opens his book, Stuffed and Starved: Markets, Power and the Hidden Battle for the World’s Food System: “Today, when we produce more food than ever before, more than one in ten people on Earth are hungry. The hunger of 800 million happens at the same time as another historical first: that they are outnumbered by the one billion people on this planet who are overweight.”
“Wear green on St. Patrick’s Day or get pinched.” That pretty much sums up the Irish-American “curriculum” that I learned when I was in school. Yes, I recall a nod to the so-called Potato Famine, but it was mentioned only in passing.

King Kamehameha the Great and the Battle of Nu’uanu Cliffs – YouTube
This show explores the bloody history of the beautiful Hawaiian Islands and learns about the bloody hand to hand combat techniques and vicious weaponry (like shark tooth clubs) of the Hawaiian warriors. He also reenacts the tactics that King Kamehameha the Great used in his crushing victory at Battle of Nu’uanu Cliffs.
The Battle of Nuʻuanu (Hawaiian: Kalelekaʻanae; lit. the leaping mullet), fought in May 1795 on the southern part of the island of Oʻahu, was a key battle in the final days of King Kamehameha I’s wars to unify the Hawaiian Islands. It is known in the Hawaiian language as Kalelekaʻanae, which means “the leaping mullet”, and refers to a number of Oahu warriors driven off the cliff in the final phase of the battle. There are “varied and sometimes conflicting histories of the Battle of Nuʻuanu.”
Battle
The Battle of Nuʻuanu began when Kamehameha’s forces landed on the southeastern portion of Oʻahu near Waiʻalae and Waikiki. After spending several days gathering supplies and scouting Kalanikupule’s positions, Kamehameha’s army advanced westward, encountering Kalanikupule’s first line of defense near the Punchbowl Crater. Splitting his army into two, Kamehameha sent one half in a flanking maneuver around the crater and the other straight at Kalanikupule. Pressed from both sides, the Oʻahu forces retreated to Kalanikupule’s next line of defense near Laʻimi. While Kamehameha pursued, he secretly detached a portion of his army to clear the surrounding heights of the Nuʻuanu Valley of Kalanikupule’s cannons. Kamehameha also brought up his own cannons to shell Laʻimi. During this part of the battle, both Kalanikupule and Kaiana were wounded, Kaiana fatally. With its leadership in chaos, the Oʻahu army slowly fell back north through the Nuʻuanu Valley to the cliffs at Nuʻuanu Pali]]. Caught between the Hawaiian Army and a 1000-foot drop, over 400 Oʻahu warriors either jumped or were pushed over the edge of the Pali (cliff). In 1898 construction workers working on the Pali road discovered 800 skulls which were believed to be the remains of the warriors that fell to their deaths from the cliff above.
Aftermath
Though he escaped the battle, Kalanikupule was later captured and sacrificed. This battle was the climax of Kamehameha’s campaign, after this battle his kingdom was for the first time referred to as the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi. The islands were still not united. He had to capture the remaining neighboring islands of Kauaʻi and Niʻihau. First he had to put down an uprising on the Big Island, and then he began his preparations for the conquest of Kauaʻi. However, before this battle could be fought the king Kaumualiʻi of Kauaʻi submitted to Kamehameha, giving him effective control over the Hawaiian Islands.
