Transmutation
I give myself up to the violet flame:
it will renew the strength within me.
I send only angels …
To you that hurt me
working together
with conscious effort;
And to you who know no better,
you vampires and leeches,
and thieves of dreams;
And to you, dear friend,
because you are here
only when I am bad;
does the bright light of perfect insight threaten you?
The light that is always absent within you?
You, cold as a surgeon’s steel,
removed and incomprehensible;
And to all, because you, with
your razor tongues, cut out my soul;
and to those who think they know me …
to ex-lovers because you weren’t the only one,
to my mother eager to control an inaccessible father,
to all of you that made me cry;
And especially to you,
those sharks alike,
excuses for people,
because you wanted
to drag me into your abyss,
always enraged by the blood-smell of
the one who tries;
And to you, whose every step to the place
where nothing is hidden,
who swim like salmon struggling upstream to their destination:
And to all of you,
of Cosmology,
the Universe of stars
that are only a part of you,
Milky way, muscle inflammation,
black hole vacuum around the heart.
Thank you!
Seeds for Meditation ~ Lessons from Geese
Fact:
As each goose flaps it’s wings, it creates uplift for the bird following.
By flying in a ‘V’ formation, the whole flock adds 71% greater flying range than if the bird flew alone
Lesson:
People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are traveling quicker and easier, because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.
Fact:
Whenever a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to fly alone and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird immediately in front.
Lesson:
If people have as much sense as geese, they will stay in formation with those who are headed where we want to go and be willing to accept their help as well as give help to others.
Fact:
When the lead goose gets tired, it rotates back into the formation and another goose flies the point position.
Lesson:
It pays to take turns doing the hard tasks and sharing leadership with people as, with geese, we are interdependent on each other.
Fact:
The geese in formation honk from behind to encourage those
up front to keep their speed.
Lesson:
People need to make sure honking from behind is
encouraging – and not something else.
Fact:
When a goose becomes sick or wounded, two geese drop out of formation and follow it down to help protect it. They stay with it until it dies or is able to fly again. Then they launch out on their own to try and catch up with their flock or they join another formation.
Lesson:
If people have as much sense as geese, they too will stand by each other in difficult times as well as when they are strong.
Just for Today … An Invitation, by Oriah Mountain Dreamer
It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living.
I want to know what you ache for
and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.
It doesn’t interest me how old you are.
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love
for your dream for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon…
I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow
if you have been opened by life’s betrayals
or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain.
I want to know if you can sit with pain mine or your own
without moving to hide it or fade it or fix it.
I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own
if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you
to the tips of your fingers and toes
without cautioning us to be careful , be realistic
remember the limitations of being human.
It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true.
I want to know if you can disappoint another
to be true to yourself.
If you can bear the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.
I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day.
And if you can source your own life from its presence.
I want to know if you can live with failure yours and mine
and still stand at the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
“Yes.”
It doesn’t interest me
to know where you live or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair
weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done
to feed the children.
It doesn’t interest me who you know
or how you came to be here.
I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me
and not shrink back.
It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied.
I want to know what sustains you from the inside
when all else falls away.
I want to know if you can be alone with yourself
and if you truly like the company you keep
in the empty moments.
Seeds For Meditation ~ Increase Self-Compassion To Eliminate Procrastination In Your Life
What causes us to procrastinate, and how can we change our relationship with this tricky habit? Self-compassion — kindness and understanding toward one’s self in response to pain or failure — may be the key to addressing procrastination and its cycle of negativity. A study by Fuschia M. Sirois of Bishop’s University in Canada found that people prone to procrastination had lower levels of self-compassion and higher levels of stress, which effectively looped back to increase the stress and further lower a person’s self-compassion. “Self-compassion is an adaptive practice that may…provide a buffer against negative reactions to self-relevant events,” writes Sirois. The implication is that by interrupting the loop between negative self-talk and procrastination, self-compassion may help us avoid the stress associated with procrastination, extricate ourselves from that downward spiral, and help us change our behavior for the better.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” ~ Carl Rogers
“You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of you love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere.” ~ The Buddha
Health ~ What Really Causes Depression?
Depression often has multiple causes, and these causes are generally intertwined — which means there is not just one way of dealing with it.
From what I’ve seen during 46 years of working with clients who are suffering from depression, medication has been the least effective treatment. In fact, many of my clients come to me because the medication isn’t working and is causing multiple detrimental side effects.
So what does cause depression, and what’s the best way to treat it? These are the five major causes of depression that I’ve discovered.
1. Emotional self-abandonment
The most common cause of depression is self-abandonment, both emotional and physical.
You are emotionally abandoning yourself when you stay focused up in your head — ignoring your feelings — rather than being present in your body, attending to your feelings.
You emotionally abandon yourself when you judge yourself, allowing your programmed ego mind to be in charge, rather than your present, loving self.
When you turn to addictions to avoid and numb your feelings, you are emotionally abandoning yourself, and you may be physically abandoning yourself — depending on the addiction.
When you blame others for your feelings and try to make another responsible for your happiness, safety and self-worth, you are emotionally abandoning yourself.
If you treated an actual child this way, he or she would likely be depressed. The same thing happens on the inner level with your inner child.
2. Physical self-abandonment
You abandon yourself physically when you:
Regularly eat sugar and processed foods
Overconsumption of sugar likely contributes to depression, and most processed foods turn to sugar in the body. You are physically abandoning yourself when you don’t eat fresh, clean organic food.
Don’t get enough sleep
It’s also well known that a lack of sleep causes depression. When you aren’t disciplined enough to get adequate sleep — or you’re putting too much caffeine or other stimulants in your body, preventing sleep — you are physically abandoning yourself.
Don’t get adequate exercise
Studies indicate that exercise itself is often enough to decrease depression. When you are not disciplined enough to get regular and adequate exercise, you are physically abandoning yourself.
Don’t drink enough water
A lack of adequate hydration can cause both anxiety and depression. You are physically abandoning yourself when you don’t drink enough water. Try to drink a half ounce of water per pound of body weight per day.
Expose yourself to toxins
Consistently exposing yourself to toxins, such as chlorinated drinking water, GMO products, pesticides, food additives, asbestos or household mold, is physically self-abandoning and can cause or add to depression.
3. Unhealed trauma
Severe depression can result from unhealed trauma from childhood abuse and neglect, or from unhealed traumatic events that occurred as an adult. You’re abandoning yourself when you don’t do all you can to get the help you need to heal trauma.
There are many excellent trauma therapies currently available to support you in healing trauma. When you allow fear or self-judgment to get in the way of healing trauma, depression may result.
4. Lack of connection with others
Loneliness is often a major cause of depression. Keeping yourself isolated from others, or not doing all you can to meet like-minded people, is unloving to yourself. We are social beings and sharing with others is vital to our well-being.
Being in a disconnected relationship can be as lonely as being alone — and sometimes even lonelier. If you are often lonely in your relationship, then you need to find a way to get the help you need to either improve your connection with your partner or leave the relationship.
5. Over-reactive microglia
Microglia are cells in our brain that are part of our immune system. In his book, Total Recovery, Dr. Gary Kaplan says all trauma to the body — whether it’s from self-abandonment, abuse, illness, surgery, junk food, chemical exposure or environmental toxins — has a cumulative effect on the microglia.
When trauma has accumulated in the microglia, a single triggering incident, such as a minor surgery, can cause the microglia to become over-reactive, which then causes depression and chronic pain. All of the causes listed above can be contributing factors in causing the microglia to up-regulate. In order to down-regulate the microglia, you need to focus on healing each of the above issues.
Instead of avoiding these issues with medication, why not learn how to heal them? The results might amaze you!
Seeds for Meditation … Audible Emotions
Have you ever noticed how certain songs are instant hits, loved by the masses; and other songs are complete duds?
The dud may have the same beat, tempo, and subject matter as the hit, but no one likes it. Haven’t you ever wondered what may be happening beneath the perceivable surface?
When you think about songs and what they really are … emotion … A song is an audible emotion!
So, the reason why particular songs appeal to the masses and others don’t is because of the emotion being projected by the musician.
Now, when you have some free time (but don’t put this off too long, else you’ll forget) listen to 4 or 5 songs and pay close attention to how each song makes you feel.
Pick different songs, not just hits. Maybe there’s a song that you love, but most people don’t. Notice the emotion that the particular song evokes in you and ask yourself why you can relate more to that song/emotion than others.
Enjoy this exercise!

BE MINDFUL. Be mindful of your own daily ups and downs, the joys and pains, and how that it’s what makes up the circle of life.
As Mark Twain once said,”What is joy without sorrow? What is health without illness? You have to experience each if you are to appreciate the other. There is always going to be suffering. It’s how you look at your suffering, how you deal with it, that will define you.”

DISCUSSION ~ CHAKRA SYSTEM ~ A Closer Look At The Chakras And How They Influence Your Life
Each of your Chakras has its own unique “personality”, each controlling a specific aspect of your life. So if you’re experiencing any form of physical or mental shortcomings, limitations or challenges in your life, there’s a high chance one of your Chakras is weak or closed.
But how do you tell which of your Chakras are strong, and which need repairing? Simple–take a good look at the circumstances in your life.
Use the guide below and evaluate yourself.
—
The Foot Chakra influences your unique life experience.
Location: Below the feet
The little known ‘Foot Chakra’ or Chakra 0 that supports you in standing and living your truth.

You know your Foot Chakra is STRONG when you stand by your convictions and beliefs. You are grounded and focused on the tasks at hand, and get things done your way in a timely and efficient manner. You are able to manifest and attract to you what is needed, grounding your positive desires and affirmations and live a life of comfort.
You know your Foot Chakra is WEAK or CLOSED when you face difficulty manifesting the things you want in life. You have trouble accomplishing things and feel unsure of your convictions or directions. You always have more than enough money to go on holiday and buy what you want, without feeling guilty afterwards. You always feel wanted and loved by your friends and family, and you feel good about yourself when you look in the mirror, both physically and emotionally.
You know your Root Chakra is WEAK or CLOSED when you’re stuck in an unfulfilling and unrewarding career, and you never seem to have enough money–which leaves you worried and in debt. Spending money is a harrowing experience for you, as you doubt your ability to budget effectively. You suffer from weight or body issues, which leave you feeling unworthy and uncomfortable in your own skin.

You make time to have sex at least a few times a week, even if you’ve been married or attached to the same person for years. You are always able to attract the right partners–compatible people who nourish you, fill you with joy and make you a better person.
You know your Sacral Chakra is WEAK or CLOSED when the thought of sex conjures images of guilt and pain in your mind. You rarely have the time or inclination to have sex, and when you do, it’s lackluster. You and your partner rarely orgasm at the same time, and premature or delayed ejaculation may be a frequent problem. You tend to question yourself when faced with important decisions like whether to move to another city, change your career, get married to your partner or to have children. You know your Heart Chakra is WEAK or CLOSED when you tend to sabotage your relationships with distrust, anger, and a sense that you’ll lose your independence if you rely too much on others. You know your Throat Chakra is WEAK or CLOSED when you constantly feel like nobody cares about your opinions, and that you have nothing of value to say. You have a vivid picture of where your life is headed, and the people around you are likely to rely on you for guidance and advice.
You know your Intuitive Chakra is WEAK or CLOSED if you feel lost and helpless when faced with decisions and judgment calls. You are indecisive, uncommitted and unconfident of the decisions you end up making, because you have a history of making the wrong ones. You feel spiritually lost, and your true purpose is unclear to you. You often get headaches and feel tension in your brow area.

Others describe you as “glowing”.
You know your Crown Chakra is WEAK or CLOSED when you feel little or no connection to a higher power, and always feel alone. You feel unworthy of spiritual help, and perhaps even angry that your higher power has abandoned you. You often suffer from migraines and tension headaches.
Just For Today ~ Be Change
Be proactive. Look for solutions to the problems your community faces, rather than call on someone else to solve them.
For too long, too many of us have been entranced by heroes. Perhaps it’s our desire to not have to do the hard work, to rely on someone else to figure things out. But perhaps it’s time for us to face the truth of our situation — that we’re all in this together, that we all have a voice — and figure out how to mobilize the hearts and minds of everyone in our workplaces and communities.
“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” — Mother Teresa
Just For Today ~ Take Up A Hobby
Take up a hobby. You need play time. Slowly make a point to began an activity that you’ve always found interesting – be it gardening, cooking, reading, or participating in some type of sport.
When thinking of ways to create a better and healthier lifestyle, oftentimes people tend to think in terms of cutting back on certain choices, be it eating desserts, drinking alcohol, or perhaps just sitting on the couch watching TV. But one area in life that has been almost cut out entirely is something that actually should have never been cast aside — having a hobby. Not only is it a fulfilling, sometimes creative outlet, but it is also beneficial to your overall health.
“Get interested in something. Shake yourself awake. Develop a hobby. Let the winds of enthusiasm sweep through you. Live today with gusto.” — Dale Carnegie
The Golden Eternity, by Jack Kerouac
I have lots of things to share now, in case we ever meet, concerning the message that was transmitted to me under a pine tree in North Carolina on a cold winter moonlit night. It said that Nothing Ever Happened, so don’t worry. It’s all like a dream. Everything is ecstasy, inside. We just don’t know it because of our thinking-minds. But in our true blissful essence of mind is known that everything is alright forever and forever and forever. Close your eyes, let your hands and nerve-ends drop, stop breathing for 3 seconds, listen to the silence inside the illusion of the world, and you will remember the lesson you forgot, which was taught in immense milky way soft cloud innumerable worlds long ago and not even at all. It is all one vast awakened thing. I call it the golden eternity. It is perfect.
The world you see is just a movie in your mind.
Rocks dont see it.
Bless and sit down.
Forgive and forget.
Practice kindness all day to everybody
and you will realize you’re already
in heaven now.
That’s the story.
That’s the message.
Nobody understands it,
nobody listens, they’re
all running around like chickens with heads cut
off. I will try to teach it but it will
be in vain, s’why I’ll
end up in a shack
praying and being
cool and singing
by my woodstove
making pancakes.

Paradigm Shift ~ Living For The Weekend
i hope i never start living for the weekend
only to see it turn into a monday morning
i hope i never compete with my neighbors
to buy things i cannot really afford
i hope if i ever get married
i won’t refer to my spouse as a ball and chain
i hope my life never revolves around
so-called entertainment like monday night football
because i don’t want to be that family
i hope i never start living for the weekend
and calling in sick so i don’t have to go to work
i hope i don’t ever assume that others think just like me
and get caught up in my own idealism
i hope watching the dog chase the neighbors cat
doesn’t become the highlight of my day
i hope my evenings don’t revolve around tittie bars
and hot wings to keep me out of the house
because i don’t want to be that guy
i hope i never start living for the weekend
and forget how to relax
i hope i don’t get stuck in a job i hate
and do nothing about the situation but complain
i hope if things don’t work out
i can handle the situation
i hope i don’t end up like all those people
who let their lives pass them by
because i don’t want to live for the weekend

Anrita Melchizedek ~ From The Elders, August 2014

Monthly Transmissions By The Elders
The Elders Transmission ~ August 2014
Welcome, sweet ones, it gives us great pleasure to be with you in this month of August, as you experience a greater level of integration of this beautiful diamond Flame of Transcendence, Purity and Innocence. This beautiful diamond Flame of Light comes through from the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God as the eighteenth ray of Multi-Universal Service and was initially anchored in May through the Sedona Vortex, allowing you to experience a deeper sense of the Innocence and Purity and Divine Love that you have within yourselves, sweet ones, as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love, and Master Beings of Light. This Divine Dispensation taking you into a deeper sense of the soul connections, of your soul family and friends of the Light, activated too within the Unity Grid of Divine Love, and with it brought greater pockets of Purity and Love and Transcendence in the knowing of your magnificence and Light. However, due to this plane of polarity, we have seen an increase in this dance of shadow and light, sweet ones; and with the increased Light frequencies both personally and collectively you have experienced a greater connection into all aspects of Source Light, as well as a deeper integration into the shadow aspects in acceptance ~ giving a voice to the shadow aspects, allowing the shadow aspects to come up in experiencing your full range of emotions. And we are seeing this polarity dance amplified too on the earth-plane and through the astral net, sweet ones ~ particularly if we bring a focus to many of these war-torn countries and in particular in this Now to the situation in the Middle East, between Palestine and Israel. Sweet ones, what is being experienced now is a greater sense of the Spiritual Warrior energy, of the ability to stand in your power, of your ability to know yourselves as Love and the wisdom that you hold, but to stand up for perceived injustices, wielding the Sword of Holy Truth; and this requires this deep alignment into Source, into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God, into the merging and integration of your Beloved I AM Presence, as you continue to collectively build the I AM Avatar Blueprint of Light.
As you move through the month of August, there are in particular two dates that we would like to focus on. The first is the 8:8 Gateway of Light, which brings through a deeper re-balancing of the Divine Masculine and Feminine Archetypes through this diamond Flame of Transcendence, Purity and Innocence. It is a time of integration where you walk this Pathway of Divine Love in your full magnificence and Light, but also in a deeper integration of your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine Spirits, finding your voice, standing steadfast in the Light, wielding power rather than submitting to it, and knowing when to step back in Love and Wisdom, and when to step forward in dynamic right action. The energy that amplifies this is also connected in to the Super Full Moon on August 10th. The next two weeks in particular, sweet ones, leading up to this Super Full Moon in Aquarius asks you to stand in your Light ~ in integrity, in discernment, in illumination, in wisdom, and empowerment. For as the energies of polarity amplify and come through into the experience of this beautiful diamond Flame of Transcendence and the beautiful three-fold Flame of Divine Love, this beautiful diamond, golden and white Flame of Love, you are able to collectively dissolve and transmute old frequency thought forms, frozen miasmas, and human miscreations in such a way that you experience a greater level of your highest potentials and your own extra-sensory perception gifts. It is also a time where you need to have a focus, sweet ones, to experience your highest potential. The energies over the last couple of months have taken you deep into the shadow aspects and with the beautiful anchoring and activation of the pink Flame of the Sisterhood of the Rose on the Solstice in June it brought up, too, the aspects of yourselves needing to be loved and appreciated, accepted and understood in both your shadow and your Light. It brought up the aspects of yourselves that felt undeserving, unloved, and unappreciated, to be nurtured, accepted, and appreciated in this beautiful pink Flame of Divine Love and the feminine energies of Mother Earth, and Mother God. And now, sweet ones, the focus is simply to stand steadfast in the Light, knowing that justice shall prevail. To speak your Truth, to have the courage, to stand up for what you believe in, and to have the courage to create and effect that change that you need to in any given Now moment; to begin the process of transcendence through this beautiful diamond Flame of Purity and Innocence.
So let us set our sacred space, sweet ones, as we take you deep into the Unity Grid of Divine Love, as we create for you a personal vortex, that you can utilize in your service work and on a planetary level to assist in bringing about the Activation Key Codes of this New Golden Age of Light, so all Life may know themselves in Divine Love, in Unity Consciousness, in Empowerment, in Love, in Wisdom, Insight and Understanding.

JUST FOR TODAY … It’s About Hope

Instead of feeling overwhelmed by your circumstances, take a moment to invite the practice of hope into your day.
Hope is among the strongest human emotions. Research shows it’s good for our physical and emotional well being. And it’s often the ‘thread’ that pulls us through. Traditionally hope has been thought to be one of those things that you either have … or, you don’t. But, what if hope can be learned? Psychology research reveals that yes, hope is a skill you can acquire. It is active—you can cultivate and nourish it. It is multifaceted—there are 14 distinct aspects, according to Researcher Anthony Scioli, a professor of psychology at Keene State College in New Hampshire and author of The Power of Hope. It is self-perpetuating—hopeful people tend to be more resilient, more trusting, more open, and more motivated than those less hopeful, so they are likely to receive more from the world, which in turn makes them more hopeful—which is why it’s so important.
“Hope is the thing with feathers. That perches in the soul. And sings the tune without the words. And never stops at all.” – Emily Dickinson

Seeds For Meditation ~ Words From A Wise Woman
And she said to me
That the river would mold me
And the wild wind would cool me
That the trickster the coyote
He would fool me
That father sun would warm me
Mother earth would clothe me
Grandmother moon would greet me
And of the old ways she would teach me
Wise woman, she told me
To always walk lightly
Tread the earth ever gently
Lovingly so preciously
And take from her sparingly
She said, to share with others
What you have learned from me
Be still and breathe, ever patiently
For the web of life
Has woven what is to be
But you must still chose
Your own path, you will see
And lastly, the wise woman said to me
To listen to the wise one
That dwells within me
To walk my path in balance
Is to be free
More than just words
So mote it be

#9 Xiao Chu ~ The Small Accumulating
Above: Sun root, foundation, nourishing
Below : Quin/Ganh heaven, energy, spirit, power
The Wisdom:
You are entering a time of great potential
Heaven awaits the lightening
Lighting beckons thunder;
You are the thunder
Progress has been good, yet completion is elusive. Frustration will take your power and the goal will slip further away. Be confident, and you will find completion is not your aim. The benefit is to focus on the present moment.
As you proceed on this road less traveled, you inevitably come up against the obstacles of guilt, shame, and judgment. At this moment in time, these obstacles are showing at precisely the right time. Your inner strength, wrought by hard work and suffering is at its zenith and is like a finely honed and sharpened sword. Raise the sword and cut away at the ties that bind you to old patterns and empty relationships, both personally and in commerce. In this moment be the skilled warrior who knows that a sword this sharp is the sword with two edges; on one side it can cut through a lifetime of ill-fated patterns, while on the other side, if you do not come to battle with pure intent, this sword has the potential to slice away at your resolve and leave you powerless, able to go no further.
Your true power now lies in the beauty of graceful, small and well thought-out movements. Proceed slowly and with a well-planned strategy. Meet the obstacle head on; reach inward to reveal your shadow, the self of darkness. Make the darkness useful as you reach in stillness to your authenticity, that of light and dark, yin and yang.
In this life journey, we suppress our dark side, what Jung called the shadow. In this shadow you will find some pretty ugly old stuff: disappointment, guilt, abandonment and shame. It is from this dark, shadowy, potentially troubling unknown that negative patterns and self-doubt arise. Mostly, this shadow side is denied and projected onto others, our partners, friends, and associates, but if we dare, we can know our shadow, and therein lies our liberation from all the fear and the key to activating our intentions. But be fully aware that you are dancing with the dark side and if your intent is not aimed to work for the greater good of all, you will find yourself exposed as you move into the light and you will be derailed as you come into the light. Meet your dark side head on in the full light of your love, acceptance, and compassion, and it crumbles. And in its place is a stronger, lighter you, a more sustainable you, who will be loved and able to receive the love and abundance you have desired.
Operating without being aware of the truth of your dark side is folly. All things contain both light and dark, yin and yang. If you are too sunny, you will not have influence or be trusted. If you allow yourself to operate from negativity, you will allow fear free reign, and what you really want in your heart of hearts will not come to fruition, as you will have been your own worst enemy.
This is not the time to expect perfection. Be the light, but not too light; be dark, but not too dark. Aim for balance without grasping onto outcomes. If reading this makes you smile and shudder at the same time, it is your truth.
Act with small movements, including minimal verbal flourishes; in this way you will hold in place the peace you have wanted and deserved, and you will have success in small measure. This is good enough for now—the power of the small.
Completion is near;
Gather your inner resources;
You will need to reach into the darkness;
What you find there will be very useful;
No blame, no fear.
When nearing a goal of completion there is the tendency to want to rest, to take a break. This is not yet the time; there are a number of small tasks to be addressed at this juncture.
Set ambition aside for now and attend to the small details, so that your path, your vision, will be clear. You will then be able to dip into the subconscious and bring to light the negative beliefs about yourself and the world that have been blocking you. What you find as you delve into the shadow may feel shocking, like a big dark monster; but know that the monster, in reality, is really quite tiny, like a little toy monster; it cannot really harm you or stop you on your path to love, health, and abundance.
Do not reach for a conclusion.
Now is not the time.
Tie up loose ends,
End what must be ended,
Tend to what must be mended.
Moving forward does not always make for real progress. At times like these, progress will be made by going inward rather than forward, paying attention to the smallest things, things that might not seem to be relevant to your goal for your own and the greater good.
Your mind must be clear of any chaos, doubts, or fears. At this time, hone your skills and make strong your commitment, not to completion, but to living in a better way, in the way of your truth.
Look to your relationships and address the small things that have held you back from loving fully or letting yourself to be loved. Ask for what you know you deserve. This will bring clarity, and you will know what to do.
When it comes to your projects, family, or health, deal with the small matters; vow to remain authentic and have honest, open communication with all those in your life. By dealing with small details, you can remove the obstacles that have blocked your path to wellness, true love, abundance, or spiritual evolution.
Completion is near. These last few steps will only be bridged by cleaning up the things you have left unattended. Clean up your desk, straighten the closets, clean out your car if you have one, balance your accounts, lighten your load. Give some of your “stuff” away, literally and metaphorically. These seemingly small gestures will pave the way toward what you want and deserve.
It seems that taking care of the little details should be the simplest of tasks, yet we often get blocked from doing so. This is where the inner work begins. Take the time to look deeply into your thoughts about yourself; be real about where you doubt yourself in your work, your relationship, and your spiritual practice. Acknowledge what you truly want and deserve.
Now, to attain what you want, you must go inside and clean up the inner recesses of your mind. Look unabashedly at your dark side, and don’t allow shame or guilt to cause you to avert your gaze. We all have a dark side, a shadow self. There are hidden resources and strengths in these recesses of the subconscious. Look at what you are ashamed of and forgive yourself. In this way you will retrieve your authenticity, which has been obscured by the dark. Don’t be afraid—it is nowhere near as bad or dangerous as your ego wants you to think it is.
This is where you are found: wanting to survive, wanting to be fully loved and to be able to love freely, but are blocked. It is only by looking deep into the shadow side, examining what you fear and are ashamed of, that you will find liberation. Then, after a light is cast on these small, shadowy things still lurking in the hidden recesses, you will to able to joyfully reach your destination of wellness, peace, love, and abundance in proper measure.
Being diligent about your meditation practice or developing one is of great importance now. Don’t be afraid to hold the energy back and give yourself some moments of quietude and inner spaciousness. In this vast place within yourself is a universe of possibilities, where you will again fall in love… with life and your own authenticity. Here you can feel the tribal unity of all struggling beings and you will feel the heart of compassion. Don’t worry, your guardian angels and guides have your back. You are safe. Just do the work. It will make you smile and shine like the sun at midday.
With Love,
I am the other you,

Biological Changes In Ascending Souls (part 1)
Seeds for Meditation …
Our souls are not hungry for fame, comfort, wealth, or power. Those rewards create almost as many problems as they solve. Our souls are hungry for meaning, for the sense that we have figured out how to live so that our lives matter so the world will be at least be a little bit different for our having passed through it.
You Create Life as You Wish – Neale Donald Walsch
You are not your body, not your mind, and not your soul. So who are you? And why are you?

Living with Aloha Spirit
There is value in persistence in the face of disappointment. The moral is sound: eventually, you won’t have to paddle, and your wave will take you to places you never thought you would go. A single wave is actually a great metaphor for your relationship to the world. You are unique, never to be repeated, but made of the vastness of the ocean.
