Setting Daily Intentions

prayer pyramidTo bring about personal change, you need to first begin with an intention. Without one, you’re on a journey with no map, and no destination. You can start with this simple practice:

Before you get out of bed each morning, take five minutes to set your intention for the day. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and envision the day you want to have. If you have an important meeting, see yourself presenting with confidence. If you have a date, anticipate and welcome the romance of the evening. You may choose to see yourself sending out and receiving positive energy from all the people with whom you interact. Or simply see yourself moving through your day calmly, without worry or anxiety. Setting a clear intention in this way can have powerful effects on the outcome of your daily activity.

Just For Today …

breaking day rainbowPay attention to your breathing and the feeling of your body, and investigate the sensations of being alive.

The matter of being alive is something to be investigated. I think we take it for granted too much. That we’re going to wake up in the morning and just go on, do our stuff, run around, go to our jobs, have careers, and all that … In my work I’m trying to find the unmediated self. I think there are aspects of self that are unchanged, that echo the past, the present and the future. I’m interested in that part of reality, not the culturally created one, although that’s a layer.

MANIFESTATION EXERCISE ~ GETTING TO “YES ” — DAY 1 of 28 DAYS ~ for June 30, 2014

AHO! All My Brothers, Sisters and Relations …

From our friend, Robert Whiteowl — Every morning for the next two weeks (14 days), the first thing you say out loud is “YES” (three times)”. This is a positive affirmation you begin your days with. It will draw anything that resonates with a “YES” resonance to you in all aspects of your life — family, finance, health, romance, social, whatever. Two weeks (14 days) is an honest try.

On Day 15, after the 14 days of saying “YES” every morning, say “YES” in the evening before you go to sleep. Say “YES” out loud in normal voice, then in a softer voice, then think it inside your mind. In effect, the first thing your brain tells your mind at night is a positive affirmation, and the first thing your mind tells your brain as it begins its day is a positive affirmation.

Thus, in a short period of time, you will reprogram your thinking such that everything will be drawn to your “YES” resonance vibration. Let me know what results you achieve from this exercise.
