Recipe: Haupia Ice Cream


1 can coconut 🌴 milk 
1 can water 💦 
1/2 cup sugar (You can add up to another 1/4 cup sugar if you like it sweeter – Alternatively, use 1/4 cup of truvia to make it healthier)

Combine those 3 ingredients, cook on a medium low heat. Once heated there’s a small boil (about 7-10 min)

Combine 3 tablespoons cornstarch desolved in 3 tablespoons of water add it to coconut, Mix until mixture thickens (less than a minute)

Pour into mold of your choice, Freeze for ice cream and Refrigerate for Pudding. 
Lick 👅 the pot clean. Repeat these steps for Hana hou!!!!
