Today’s Meditation

This moment is ineffably intimate; it cannot be any other way. This moment is always here; it never leaves you, it never abandons you or runs away from you or hides from you. Wherever you are, this moment is here with you, right up close, always giving itself to you. There are no pretenses, no defenses, no masks. This moment is always as it is … raw, naked, shameless, fully itself.

This moment gives everything to you. It’s the full depth and breadth of every experience, every permutation, every possibility, every phenomenal display. All this is given unconditionally – the horror, the terror, the agony, the beauty and the ecstasy – it is all here.

Take a moment to rest here, allow yourself to open to all that is … can you get a sense of the incredible tapestry of life? Can you sense the exquisiteness and richness of this? Can you see how every wave that appears in the field of your perception is unique, and that there are an infinite number of waves?

No two waves are ever the same; each moment is born afresh, anew … what endless creativity! All this is for you, totally and utterly for you and no-one else! The whole world is created just for you! This moment is truly in love with you, completely devoted to you.

And this love is limitless, unbounded; it does not deny you anything. This love is not conditional on whether you give something back or whether you give nothing back. It has nothing to do with whether you love this moment, whether you hate this moment, whether you are at peace with this moment, or at war with this moment. It is here, come what may … and whether you are here or not!

Train At The Halau!

The Halau propagates traditional Japanese Usui Teate Reiki in addition to American Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki knowledge and training. Most Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki schools allow Level 3 Reiki Masters to attune new students. Unlike these schools, The Halau allows only our Usui Teate Grandmasters to propagate basic Reiki technique to beginners. Grandmasters are the only instructors with enough training and knowledge to attune new students. They are trained to perform both live (in-person) as well as astral (long-distance) attunements. We do not simply gather students as income: our training is for serious Reiki inquiries only.
