The situation has become as bad as it possibly can. This is rock bottom. Enough is enough. There is nowhere to go but up. It’s time to admit that something is over. It’s time to let it go. Stop thinking about it. Stop talking about it. There’s no need to get in the last word. Let it go and move on. If you don’t, you’ll only be dragging out your own suffering. Something new is awaiting you! Create space to let it in.

The Halau propagates traditional Japanese Usui Teate Reiki in addition to American Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki knowledge and training.
