In this world of ours there are many things that can lead to high levels of stress, anxiety, and other emotions that carry negative vibrations. A friend of mine made a comment about how clams take the sand that irritate them and turn them into something beautiful and positive. I absolutely loved this description and wanted to make a meditation that surrounds that concept.
Like most of the meditations I do, this one is a visualization meditation. I like visualization meditations because they help keep me in the meditation for much longer than just a breath focused meditation – though I frequently do breathing meditations in order to calm myself quickly when I need to.
