The King is back around to check in with you yet again!   He’s boosting your confidence and ambition to do more at work and at play.  This King is ruled by Saggitarius, and we just enjoyed a beautiful Saggitarian Full Moon last Saturday.  Saggitarius is synonamous with the vibe of “I perceive”.  Your perceptions about the world and people around you reveal that you remain supported in your efforts and appreciated.  Progress feels good, doesn’t it?   Still toying with the notion of starting your own business, or some other entrepreneurial endeavor?  Perhaps the King will suggest an idea that will become a lucrative source of additional income.  If you receive the inspiration to head in that direction, do a little research and brainstorm the possibilities.  Going with the flow further expands your spiritual horizons.

Banh Mi typically refers to a Vietnamese sandwich of grilled pork or chicken, pickled veggies and fresh herbs. For this dish, I did a quick pickling of carrots and Daikon radish, added some chicken breast seasoned with Chinese five spice powder and added in some fresh cucumber and mint leaves as well. It’s all rolled together in a spring roll rice paper wrapper for a meal that’s light, refreshing and perfect for summer.
