This journey, if done completely and rightly after an Initiation or Attunement, ought to only require one occasion experiencing this spiritual expansion.  However, if the first experience is not conclusive, perhaps because you encountered a disturbance or interruption while in meditation, then  repeat this Purification visualization a second time.  It is recommended that you undergo this meditation a maximum of three times.  If the purification or the awakening of the Spirit is not then obtained, then it means that you are not spiritually ready to absorb and magnetize fully the energies of your Initiation or Attunement.  No worries.  Everything will eventually work out.  Exercise patience over a three-month period as you work with your Guide, then try again.
