Rather than digging up cash and idling in line to hand it over to the toll booth operator, you can get an electronic toll device, like FasTrak or EZ-Pass, and enjoy the privilege of driving straight through the toll. More and more, the automation of labor is swiftly shifting our lives towards greater efficiency. But what happens to the people whose work are outsourced to machines? While the convenience of automated tasks may help move things along, how does it impact the multifaceted network of variously-skilled workers who comprise our economy? In the pursuit of convenience, what elements of humanity slip through the cracks?

Train At The Halau!

The Halau propagates traditional Japanese Usui Teate Reiki in addition to American Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki knowledge and training. Most Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki schools allow Level 3 Reiki Masters to attune new students. Unlike these schools, The Halau allows only our Usui Teate Grandmasters to propagate basic Reiki technique to beginners. Grandmasters are the only instructors with enough training and knowledge to attune new students. They are trained to perform both live (in-person) as well as astral (long-distance) attunements. We do not simply gather students as income: our training is for serious Reiki inquiries only.
