Health ~ The Benefits of Oxygen Therapy

oxygen

If there was actually a way to “Disease Proof” your body would you be interested?

Turns out there is, but first you have to understand a little bit about how your body works.

As you read this there are thousands of metabolic processes going on inside you. Your heart is beating, your skin is growing and the food in your stomach is being turned into energy.

These are known as oxidative processes because they take place using oxygen.

Now, the problem is that these processes have by-products which are known as free radicals.

And it is a well-known fact that these free radicals have a damaging effect on your body.

In fact, there is a theory which states almost all disease (Including aging) is caused by free radicals.

What happens is that they actually damage the walls of your cells, which allows bacteria and viruses to enter.

Luckily, there is a way to stop this…

And that is with oxygen.

You see, if you flood your bloodstream with oxygen, it acts as a kind of sluice that washes the free radicals out of your body.

And guess what?

Oxygen therapy is proven to help with thousands of crippling medical conditions.

I’m talking about things like:

Chronic fatigue syndrome … indigestion … blood clots … obesity … tumours … clogged arteries … ADHD … dementia … AIDS … arthritis … diabetes … Alzheimer’s … yeast infections … aging … pneumonia …

Asthma … respiratory distress syndrome (just ask David)… cystic fibrosis … sleep apnea … acne … insomnia plus it stimulates your white blood cell production, which boosts your immune system and fights off disease and viruses.

Wow!

I wish I was exaggerating but I’m not…

Even better, there’s now a brand new supplement on the market that can deliver high doses of oxygen into your bloodstream.

And what’s great about this supplement is that it comes in liquid form.

All you need to do is put a few drops in your tea or coffee and you’ll virtually disease proof your body…for life!

And you need to, because the reality is that the list of serious diseases I mentioned above…can happen to anyone.

Which is why everyone should be using this oxygen supplement …

10 Rare But Useful Words Everyone Should Know

Is there a word for that? Here are ten of the best useful rare words in the English language

Ever caught yourself thinking, ‘There should be a word for that. Is there a word for that?’ We’re here to help. In this new post, we’ve gathered up ten useful words which should be better known, but aren’t. Many of them, of course, have literary origins or histories, which we’ll mention and discuss as we go.

UHTCEARE: This highly useful word means ‘lying awake before dawn worrying’. It appears in the Anglo-Saxon poem ‘The Wife’s Lament’, and has recently become more widely known thanks to Mark Forsyth, who includes it in his book The Horologicon.

QUAKE-BUTTOCK: This is another term for a coward, and appears in the plays of seventeenth-century playwrights Beaumont and Fletcher. We reckon it should be revived.

Reflection for November 18, 2015: pure Beatitude.

FRATER BIA's avatarPrayers and Reflections

The reason why peace of soul is the “most elementary trace”of this holy slumber, induced by prayer, is that “prayer places us in the presence of God, Who is pure Beatitude.” To pray is to give oneself to God; and since God is pure Beatitude, prayer itself is already something of this Beatitude, whether the person praying is conscious of it or not. The awareness of what prayer is, and of what God is, imparts to the very act of prayer the capacity to bestow peace on the soul. Once this peace is “tasted,”and the sense of the sacred is awoken, with the heart rendered receptive to the presence of God—then does metaphysical doctrine begin to take root in our being, conviction deepens into certitude, the “obscure merit of faith” begins to give way to the ineffable verities of gnosis.

Neptune’s Influence On The Rise

Neptune

Tomorrow Neptune turns direct at 11:31 AM EST.  Neptune is the planet of illusions, dreams, escapism, and psychic energy.  When it goes retrograde, it gives us an opportunity to connect with our inner voice.  The vibe is dreamy + fluid in Pisces – you may have felt that way the last few months.  As it turns direct, it’s time to get out of our navel-gazing mode and do a reality check.  Any illusions that you may have been holding on to may evaporate, leaving you with greater clarity. In fact, if you’ve felt a bit foggy on any issue, you might just see the way forward emerging over the next few days.
On the 26th, pay close attention: Neptune will begin making a square to transiting Saturn and so begins a challenging aspect that will float around in the cosmos for the next year.  Got a dream? This is where the rubber meets the road. If you want to see results, you must do the work for Saturn gives nothing away without serious effort. Disappointments are possible, especially if you are being unrealistic about the effort needed.  Examine your goals carefully and be prepared to get to work, for real.
This aspect can also trigger addiction issues BUT it can help face the music and do a major turnaround.  If you or someone you know is engaging in addictive behavior (not just drugs, alcohol or codependent relationships but addictive mindsets such as fear of failure), this aspect could bring the reality check needed to begin working through the issue.  This is the right time to come clean.
Take responsibility for your work, your intuition, and your habits and you may find that your dreams can come true…with a little more effort.

When choosing a doctor, be sure to find one that not only listens to your concerns, but also seems to genuinely cares about your welfare.

Rain-elephant

The term ‘bedside manner’ has long been used to describe a doctor’s ability to connect and empathize with a patient. According to recent studies, the importance of good bedside manners is becoming more and more critical, as patients whose doctors listen and demonstrate an understanding of their concerns not only are more satisfied with their treatment, but also enjoy better health.

Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another and feeling with the heart of another.
