
There’s nothing better than a classic vintage recipe with ingredients that all come straight from your pantry. Grandma’s Lazy Daisy Cake is an old-fashioned dessert recipe for oatmeal cake with caramel frosting and coconut sprinkled on top.

Notes: Instead of using “Oleo”, use room temperature butter. Add 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut on top of the frosting before serving. Best served warm.
