I am not at all surprised to see the appearance of the Lovers card today. Only two days ago, Venus, already in shadow since September 3, entered Scorpio, its sign of detriment (meaning it is not Venus’ favorite place to be). However, there is no sign more passionate than Scorpio, and Venus is preparing to retrograde on October 5 in this very intense sign.

Venus, just like the Lovers, is all about relationships, and so too is today’s Libra Moon. Venus in Scorpio will seek to uncover the truth in your relationships (not necessarily the love ones), and expose the reality of it all in order for you to review it during this upcoming retrograde. The Libra Moon will help you to seek balance and compromise, where possible, perhaps finding yourself even refereeing, trying to bring two sides together in an amicable fashion.
