After having the Empress card yesterday, I wondered how could we equal, or top it…the Strength card fits the bill. When we think of Mom, we typically think of an incredibly strong individual who has been our rock and our support system, no matter our age. Soft control comes to mind here. One does not need to be bossy or confrontational in a situation, and Moms everywhere have a tendency to use these methods of persuasion to keep the peace and control outcomes.

This image of the Sun card has always been one of my favorite cards ever, from the Gilded Tarot, which is one of my favorite decks ever. It conjurs up thoughts reminiscent of the 90’s TV classic, ‘Third Rock from the Sun’. There we are Mother Earth, dependent upon this fireball of a being, to provide us life on a daily basis as we orbit. The Sun is what brings us our vitality, not only is it life-giving, but it imparts feeling of positivity, when one is exposed to its rays in safe amounts. Conversely, without it, it is very easy for one to be down and depressed.

When the Sun shines on you, you are basking in its favors and good things are bound to happen. It is even possible to have a little fun along the way. Today has a very positive vibe, so be sure to soak…

Either way, progress is being made, and your resolve to see changes come about in your life shall not waver. One can grow a bit weary from keeping at it, but persistence is the name of the game.

Very often, it can seem as though you havebeen knocked down repeatedly. But, hey! Give yourself credit, for every time you have pulled yourself back up and kept on trucking. Ahhhh! Headed for smoother waters at last! And so the transition begins…you can not know everything which is coming your way over the next six to seven weeks, so you will need to trust in the Universe to guide you. This is a card of safe passage, where you are more along for the ride, than being in charge of everything, so the trust factor is extremely important.

The 6 of Swords signifies a switch from turbulence along your path, to easier times. It isn’t always the smoothest ride getting there, but keeping the faith will see you through until you have reached a calmer place, or distant shoreline, if you will. It is possible that this transition has not been a totally welcome one, but, it is however necessary. So much is ready to change before you, you just need to trust in the journey.

The Knight of Cups is the hopeless romantic of the Tarot, and known to be a bit of a daydreamer. Very often, when people see this card turn up, they think of it as love coming their way, but this guy has a tendency to meander and does not often take a direct route. So, know that, if you are waiting for love to find you, it is out there, but, apparently taking a few twists and turns along the way.

We have seen Death (endings), the Empress (beginnings), and now the Knight of Cups, so this week is giving a feel of moving right along toward your hopes and dreams. Mercury begins its second retrograde of 2018 today; you may find yourself calling upon the 9 of Wands to make it through to Mercury Direct Day, which is April 15th. This is a card of stamina, persistence, and determination, of being able to rise up again, even though you have been knocked down more than once.

Change is not always easy, but your resolve to stick with it and make progress, and continue with the changes, one at a time, will see you through this. This may very well be the most gorgeous Justice card I have ever seen. Destined to become a classic! Do you take note of the frequency of the appearance of the Card of the Day? If so, then you know that we have not seen Justice show up since last July!

In the very sense of the word itself, whether it plays out globally in front of you, or on a personal level, I would definitely expect to see some form of justice at work today. While this card can pertain to legal matters, it is certainly not limited to them. Observe the world around you today; you will see cause and effect present everywhere. Actions have consequences, and, today the Universe may very well be looking to balance the scales.

It is possible there has been a little turbulence as of late, and you just wish to reach your destination. This is a transitional period of sorts, not the big transition to which I have been alluding recently, but think of it as the ferry boat which will soon drop you off there. Things can begin to smooth out for you, but do be cognizant of the fact that Mercury will retrograde in two days, and there could indeed be the occasional bump in the road. Just like the figures depicted, sit tight, and put your faith in the Universe to guide you.

Sometimes when we see this card, there can be a bit of sadness, even depression, associated with it. This is where it is important to put your faith and trust in the Universe to guide you to exactly where you need to be, and to know…

“I knew that was going to happen!” If you can hear yourself thinking, or saying, these words to yourself today, then that, my friend, is your intuition screaming at you. The question is, when you knew it, did you act upon it? Or, did you continue with business as usual, only to see a detour, or monkey wrench, thrown into the mix, in spite of the fact you thought things would go that way anyway?

We are at the very last degree of Sun in Pisces today, and your intuition may be running strong now.
