Solfeggio is a music education method used to teach pitch, and sight singing. Guido of Arezzo (991/992 – after 1033) is credited with developing our current techniques for teaching, such as staff notation and the Solfeggio “ut–re–mi–fa–so–la” ( ♪ do–re–mi–fa–so–la) mnemonic, popularized in modern times by The Kodály Method taught in schools. The 6 note ascending scale’s names were taken from the first verse of the Latin hymn Ut queant laxis (To Be Loosened,) where the syllables fall on their corresponding scale degree:

The words of the hymn were written by Paulus Diaconus in the 8th century. Paraphrased:” Do let our voices, Resonate most purely, Miracles telling, Far greater than many; So let out tongues be, Lavish in your praises.”

The 3’rd note, Mīra gestõrum (528 Hz) is apparently the exact frequency that genetic biochemists used to restore broken DNA (basic light/ sound waves.) Confirmed by Biochemist Dr. Lee Lorenzen (BA in Biology from the University of California at Berkeley, UCI School of Medicine, Research Associate in the Department of Pharmacology, Biology at Cal State Fullerton, Metropolitan Collegiate Institute,) who’s been awarded two US Patents on Clustered Water™ technology. He and biochemist Steve Chemiski discovered that “6 Sided Water Clusters” vibrating at 528 Hz form the supportive matrix of healthy DNA.

The structure of DNA reflects Marko Rodin’s “Infinity Pattern” & features Solfeggio numbers. Ancient Pi was 3.142857 (△= Prism, π = Infinite Refraction.)

528 cycles Up & Right, while 741 cycles in the opposite direction Down & Left. This is consistent with the “Devil’s Interval” designated in musicology as the dissonant combination of these two specific tones. Instruments can be tuned to A444(.09 or +16 cents) to play Solfeggio, with 528 Hz as Middle C.

Nicola Tesla tells us, “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.” When Dr. Leonard Horowitz’s additional 3 frequencies (174, 285, & 963) are added to the original 6, “completing the perfect cycle of sound,” the 3rd, 6th, and 9th frequencies become 396, 639, 963.

Pythagoras told us to reduce every number to 1 digit (i.e. 15 = 1+5 = 6.) We find the root vibrational #’s of Solfeggio frequencies are alternating 3’s, 6’s, & 9’s.

Precious hearts, I invite you to listen to the Elders May Transmission ~ The Sisterhood of the Rose and the Petal of the Trusting Heart. Enjoy! Blessings and much Love

Welcome sweet ones, it gives us great pleasure to be with you in this sacred month of May as you journey deeper into the Golden Rose Galaxy, the merging of your Milky Way Galaxy with the Andromedan Galaxy, and the re-balancing of your Divine Masculine and Feminine Spirits. In this magical month of May, sweet ones, you are blessed to be Overlighted by the Sisterhood of the Rose, as well as being offered an opportunity to experience the Initiations of the Rose through Mother Mary’s Temple of the Immaculate Heart.

The Sisterhood of the Rose was created in the time of Lemuria, and later as Priestesses in Atlantis they gathered together in circles of twelve to activate the Flame of Divine Love, the Path of the Rose, through the hearts of all humanity. There were twelve groups of twelve women who formed the Sisterhood of the Rose; the goddess symbol is the rose, and through Self-Love this beautiful pink Flame of Divine Love activated within and through your sacred hearts. The Sisterhood of the Rose took this beautiful pink Flame of Divine Love out in the four directions of the Earth, to assist Mother Earth and all her life; also working directly with the energy of Sirius, the Pleiades and the Galactic Center. For it is Sirius and the Pleiades that draw into alignment the influx of energies that activate through the Galactic Center and draw into Beingness a deeper level of the Diamond Light Codes of Creation, through alignment to the Sun, the Central Sun, and the Great Central Sun. And what is occurring in this now, sweet ones, is the anchoring and the activating of the Rose Grids of Divine Love, through the ley lines, sacred sites, and vortices of Mother Earth, and with this taking you deeper into your Christed Hearts as One Unified Cosmic Heart.

With this too, sweet ones, we say to you the opportunities of jumping timelines are being presented for all of you. By this we mean the possibility to accelerate the journey along the karmic timelines as you walk the Pathway of Divine Love. This choice has been made at a Higher Light level collectively through the I AM Avatar consciousness of all humanity, and sweet ones, is being experienced by all awakened Light workers, some graciously and harmoniously and some less so, as you re-balance the lower bodies, as you choose to remember and experience the sacred magnificent Beingness of who you are as these Flames of Divine Love. And this sweet ones, is creating what many of you perceive to be a deepening sense of the 3-dimensional energies or realities, as they come up to be cleared for each of you individually within the collective I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light, within the One Unified Cosmic Heart of Divine Love. This places pressure upon the bodies, and the lower bodies and the central nervous system and sensory system in particular, sweet ones, as you experience temporarily the last vestiges of the negative ego aspects being re-integrated into your Beingness ~ the aspects of yourselves that have simply forgotten themselves as Love ~ and bringing up greater levels of health-journeys, of abundance challenges, of relationship challenges. Any area of your life sweet ones that is in need of being revealed and loved and experienced in a new way is being amplified in this sacred moment. But it is asking you too, sweet ones, this energy matrix that expands and flows and experiences the stress too in this transformational process, to simply trust into this process. For it is the Petal of the Trusting Heart that activates too in this sacred month of May, and the Trusting Heart is one of Trust and Surrender, sweet ones. It is also the flow of the Divine Feminine which is amplifying for all of you at this time through the Sisterhood of the Rose and through Mother Mary’s Temple of the Immaculate Heart.

Sweet ones, your Divine Masculine Spirits have had to do much of the work until this time, stepping forward to protect you energetically as you walk both the karmic timelines and the Pathway of Divine Love; to protect your broken hearts ~ your pain, your griefs, your sadness, whatever it may be sweet ones, that you are still working with, and loving and appreciating and celebrating within yourselves that needs to be seen or heard. Sweet ones, many of you have experienced an imbalance between the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Spirits. And now, as the energy of Divine Love amplifies through the feminine matrix of the Sisterhood of the Rose, you are able to take the Divine Masculine Spirit by the hand, and lovingly thank your Divine Masculine Spirit for the willingness to step forward in each and every moment, sometimes justified as a spiritual warrior, and sometimes simply reactively in the need to protect you energetically; and thank it for its service work while letting it know that this is no longer necessary ~ you are at a time and place where you are safe sweet ones, and what this energy requests of you through the Christed Heart, through the Trusting Heart, is to be the first one to surrender when there is any level of perceived conflict within your reality, or with those around you, sweet ones. No matter the situation, and no matter that you may find yourselves in uncomfortable places ~ be the first to say to yourselves “I choose to surrender, to put down my sword, not because I am wrong, but because there is no need to fight. I forgive and Love this person, as I forgive and Love myself.” It is simply the balancing of polarities that amplifies into a greater level of the magnificence and balance of your Divine Masculine and Feminine Spirits through Divine Love, sweet ones. Additionally this accelerated frequency of the Flame of Divine Love is taking you into the deeper level of the Pathway of Divine Love, or what we further call the Initiation of the Rose, or the Path of the Rose. And in jumping these timelines you no longer need to experience many of the human miscreations that you have experienced to know yourselves as Love, sweet ones, but it is a choice, through the Trusting Petal of your Christed Heart.

We mention here too sweet ones, that these energies further bring in the willingness through the Christed Heart and the Adonai Particles of God Seed Consciousness, the Consciousness Particles of Creation, to let go of judgment, in the ability to truly see all humanity as your brothers and sisters of the Light. In fact, sweet ones, you have all experienced a deeper integration into the group I AM Avatar Consciousness of Light and the group merkaba of this sacred Earth within this last month, through the numerous activities of Light on this sacred Earth which amplified and activated on the Wesak Full Moon, and Earth Day on the 22nd April 2016. In addition to these many planetary activities of Light, the Diamond Light Codes continue to illuminate and activate upon this sacred Earth, taking you deeper into alignment with the Cosmic Heart of all Creation; deeper into your innocence and purity, while connecting you at a vibrational frequency and resonance into soul and star family and friends of the Light. As you step into the next level of your soul’s forward evolution, your blossoming and magnificence and Light, sweet ones, you are accelerating a deeper sense of your Heart’s Dreaming and your Heart’s Joy, which will be further amplified through the solstice in the activation of the Diamond Light Codes of Creation.

So let us now set our sacred space as we feel guided to take you deeper into these beautiful energies of Light in the form of an Invocation. Have a sense of grounding now into the crystal heart of Mother Earth, as you breathe deep into the Lightbody of Mother Earth. Have a sense of drawing upon the Diamond Light Codes activating through Mother Earth’s Light body, and drawing this energy up through your body, through the Diamond Light Codes, through the Inner Earth Sun, the Golden Sun within your hearts, through the Sun, the Central Sun, and now the Great Central Sun, as you align through all dimensions of Light into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God. And as you breathe deep into the body sweet ones, you expand the lower abdomen as you breathe in, and contract the lower abdomen breathing out. As you ground and center yourselves now in the stillness and Love within your Christed Hearts, you call in all the beautiful Beings of Light from On High that you personally acknowledge and wish to join you in this sacred space ~ calling in the Pleiadians, and the Sirians, the Andromedans, the Arcturians, all of the Light, and the Star Council members you acknowledge. The Archangels and their Divine Feminine counterparts, the Sisterhood of the Rose, the Ascended Masters, the Ray Masters, your soul and star families ~ just allowing yourselves to feel and sense this beautiful Unity Grid of Divine Love within you and around you as you align through all dimensions of Light into the Kingdom of God.

You visualize now your own beautiful diamond octahedron, visualizing this diamond octahedron activating within the heart chakra, spinning it in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction depending on what is needed at this time, this diamond octahedron with eight faces of equilateral triangles forming two four-sided pyramids. And as you come within the soul matrix, within the Trusting Heart, you activate a deeper level of the Diamond Light Codes, of the energy of the creational forces from the Cosmic Heart of God, a greater level of your innocence and purity. You take on what you need individually and collectively for your service work, sweet ones, through this alignment to God and your Beloved I AM Presence as you amplify your own unique gifts now, appreciating and celebrating all that you are in your magnificence and Light.

You have a sense now of this diamond octahedron expanding around the body and energy field in a sphere of Light 7.2 feet in diameter around you, and you have a sense of how this diamond octahedron is activating for each one of the Light workers now within the Unity Grid of Divine Love; each wrapped in multi-colors, ray colors and qualities of the ray frequencies and now in the beautiful pink flame of the Sisterhood of the Rose. You have a sense now of the Rose Grids activating through Mother Earth’s ley lines and sacred sites.

I now activate my sacred merkaba to the 5th dimensional Solar Crystalline matrix of Divine Love, through the fibonacci ratio of 21:13, accelerated thirty-three times God Speed to Infinity, and as my sacred merkaba field activates it links into the merkaba fields of all those Light Workers and Star Seeded ones and Beings of Light from On High assisting this sacred Earth to create a deeper level of the group Merkaba Field of Light; to deepen my connection to the Divine as I release all levels of judgment within my Beingness, releasing self-judgment and judgment of others, recognizing all humanity as my Brothers and Sisters of the Light, as I step deeper into the knowing that we are all One.

I experience this sense now of being taken in my Merkaba Vehicle of Light into Mother Mary’s Temple of the Immaculate Heart.
As I am welcomed and greeted by Mother Mary, I am now taken into this beautiful octahedronal shaped Temple of Light. I am surrounded now with the three-fold Flame of Power, Love and Wisdom, and this beautiful pink Flame of Divine Love where I am now ready to experience a deeper level of the Path of the Rose.

As I look around me now I see that I am surrounded by the Sisterhood of the Rose ~ Mother Mary, Mary Magdalena, Lady Isis, Lady Portia, Lady Hathor, Lady Venus, Lady Quan Yin, White Buffalo Woman, Lady Pallas Athena, Lady Pele, Lady Kali, and all other Beings that I personally acknowledge as part of the Divine Feminine energies, amplify now into a deeper level of the connection I have through my heart and soul matrix into the Unified Field of Divine Love.

Mother Mary steps forward, welcoming me to her Temple of the Immaculate Heart. She offers me this beautiful Red Rose of Love and Beauty and Passion, activating now within my Christed Heart, and in particular through the Petal of my Trusting Heart.

I am coming deeper into the knowing that I am already walking this Pathway of Divine Love, as this sacred transfiguring flame of Divine Love and Master Being of Light, as I clear my cells at a cellular level and release old patterns and judgments I no longer need to experience in this Golden Age of Light. I re-balance my emotional body, allowing myself to be this open heart, to experience this full range of my emotions in trust and surrender to the Divine as I purify my lower mind through the Divine Mind of Mother/Father God, releasing the last vestiges of any perceived level of separation or blame and unforgiveness within my heart, for I am ready to fully embrace this Pathway of Divine Love, this Path of the Rose.
I am ready to embrace and integrate and accept and appreciate a renewed balance between my Divine Masculine and Feminine Spirits and I see my Divine Masculine Spirit standing now to the right of me and my Divine Feminine Spirit to the left of me.

As I take my Divine Masculine and Feminine Spirits by the hand, I say to my Divine Masculine Spirit: “I thank you for having been the Warrior of Light that I have needed on my journey to bring me to this point. Sometimes I have needed you to simply protect me energetically, to put up the shields around me, for I have been vulnerable and I have been hurt, and I have experienced pain and sadness, and numerous other human miscreations, but I am ready now. For I know that I am Loved and safe, able to celebrate a greater level of the Divine Feminine walking forward gently and Lovingly without the need always to be defensive, or to defend. And I am willing to take this chance, of experiencing the Initiation of the Rose. I thank you, my Divine Masculine Spirit, I Love you, and I appreciate you, and I celebrate you, and I ask you to allow the Divine Feminine to graciously move forwards now along the Pathway of Divine Love, side by side in your radiance, in your protection, in your Love”.

As I take my Divine Feminine Spirit by the hand loving her and sending her this beautiful Love from my heart, I let her know “I so greatly appreciate your Love, your compassion, your innocence, and I am sorry that you have had to experience the human miscreations to know yourself as Love. I am sorry that you have had to experience this pain, this broken heart, this grief and sadness, this anger, this guilt this shame ~ all these emotions that we are embracing within our heart and within our Love. I know that the time is now to deepen this Pathway of Divine Love through your energy for I trust in the Love that you are, and I know every time you take this loving heart and extend it to others, it passes through our heart first. We are the first to receive this flame of Divine Love, and it is given to us now as this beautiful gift of Love.”

I see now the Sisterhood of the Rose amplify this Flame of Divine Love and activate it within our hearts, within the three-fold Flame of Power, Love and Wisdom, through our Christed Hearts and into the soul matrix of the eternal Divine Love of Creation that has never been forgotten, and is always experienced in the greatest times of need. This Flame activates to the maximum cosmic law can allow as I now move beyond my fears and doubts into the Patterns of Perfection and the New Earth Blueprints of Light; and as I travel the Pathway of Divine Love I know that I do it now with a deeper connection into my Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine Spirits in a way that we are all co-creating, in a way that we are all vibrating in synchronicity to the celestial and sonic vibrations of the realms of Illumined Truth and the Cosmic Heart of All Creation, in a way that we are merging timelines as we walk the Path of the Rose.

I now take this beautiful pink flame of Divine Love as it activates through the Rose Grids, through the sacred leylines, vortices and sacred sites, and now into the hearts of every man, woman and child on this sacred Earth so all life may choose to follow the path of Love; to follow the path of Divine Love and the Path of the Rose to know themselves as Love. And deeper into the unifying field of Divine Love I experience the I AM Avatar consciousness of Light. I experience the deepest level of activation of my Christed Heart, and in particular my Trusting Heart. I am ready to Trust and Surrender to the Divine. I am ready to put down the sword, and experience the Love, in communication, in presence, in innocence, in harmony, in joy, and I ask the Universe ‘to bring it on’.

As I thank all these beautiful Beings of Light and in particular Mother Mary and the Sisterhood of the Rose, I find myself traveling back now into my sacred space, grounding once more into the crystal heart of Mother Earth, while keeping all these channels open to all the Illumined Beings, to Mother Mary and the Sisterhood of the Rose. I know that in this sacred month of May I am traveling to Mother Mary’s Temple of the Immaculate Heart in my dream state ~ to the Schools of Learning, to the Halls of Light, to the re-union of hearts on the inner and outer planes, to a deeper level of connection to soul and star family and friends. I am making the greatest levels of changes that I can in this Now, through the Patterns of Perfection, as the Veils of Illusion lift and I come into the full remembrance of my multi-dimensional multi-faceted nature as this sacred transfiguring flame of Divine Love and Master Being of Light.
I am grounded and centered and firmly in my body and in my own time I become fully present, opening my eyes and looking through my Master Eyes at all of life around me. I now place my hands energetically or physically upon my heart, as I say to myself “I love you,” giving my full name now, “I love you, I love you.”

I am one with my group brothers and all that I have is theirs.
May the love which is in my soul pour forth to them.

ALIGNMENT:

We recognise our place, as a group, within the heart centre of the new group of world servers. Mentally extend a line of lighted energy towards the spiritual Hierarchy, the planetary heart centre; to the Christ, the “heart of love” within the Hierarchy; towards Shamballa, “where the Will of God is known”.

HIGHER INTERLUDE:

Hold the mind focussed for a few moments on the planetary role of the new group of world servers mediating between Hierarchy and humanity, responding to hierarchical impression and meditating the Plan into existence.

MEDITATION:

Reflect on the seed thought:
Through the impression and expression of certain great ideas, humanity must be brought to the understanding of the fundamental ideals which will govern the new age. This is the major task of the new group of world servers.

PRECIPITATION:

Visualise the precipitation of the will-to-good, essential love, throughout the planet, from Shamballa, through the planetary heart, the Hierarchy, through the Christ, the new group of world servers, through all men and women of goodwill everywhere in the world, and finally through the hearts and minds of the whole human family.

Consider the many ways in which the “power of the one Life” and the “love of the one Soul” are working out in the world through members of the new group of world servers, so building the “thoughtform of solution” to world problems.

A Message to All Innocent Hearts,

The difference between a lightworker and a victim has nothing to do with the situations faced, but how one responds to the circumstances at hand. A lightworker uses their world of experiences to become the change they wish to see, while a victim is hurt by the actions of a world, while waiting for the change they have yet to become. On a spiritual level, a victim is a lightworker in training.

plumeria Throughout each chapter of life, the inevitability of loss and the suchness of change are survived to bring forth a new consciousness for the benefit of all. This means victimhood is not a pitfall one escapes, but ongoing stages of spiritual growth and energetic expansion to call forward the lightworker in you.

Whether contracted in fear from the hostility between countries, heartbroken by the actions of terrorist attacks, at war with yourself in your own mind, disappointed by the behavior of others, or overwhelmed by the heaviness of the collective unconsciousness, each moment of victimhood acts as an invitation to step across the threshold of despair to become the lightworker you are destined to be.

No matter how promising or uncertain your world seems to be, I offer you the prayer of radical forgiveness, as a way of assisting our awakening humanity on an energetic level.

It is important to always remember, whether viewing circumstances on a personal or global level, even if you cannot change the situations you see, you can always change how you respond from the inside out. When internal changes are brought forth in the presence of hostility, sadness, despair, fear, or turmoil, your interconnection to the totality of light, as the one eternal soul, simultaneously plants seeds of expanded consciousness in every heart to manifest endless waves of blessings through the inspired actions of one.

As an awakening lightworker on the front lines of ushering humanity into a new paradigm of consciousness, please read the following prayer however many times a day you are either inspired to support in Earth’s evolution, or find yourself entrenched in the pain of human suffering. In the blank space provided, you can include the name of an enemy, an adversary from the past, a family member connected to a wound you have yet to heal, a loved one struggling through their own healing journey, your full name, the name of a country at war, or even humanity at large:

“I allow the soul (s) of ______ to be pardoned and set free as I AM now.”

Please do not judge yourself for the amount of times per day you find yourself needing to repeat it. Instead, see yourself through the eyes of the Universe and rejoice in how often you are acting in accordance with your soul’s highest wisdom to transform reality for the liberation of all.

Through the prayer of radical forgiveness, may you step forward in faith and bring to life a unique frequency of light that you came here to ignite in every heart.

May your destiny be viewed not as a horizon of preferred circumstances, but as opportunities to act upon life’s most inspired choices that transforms your physical body into a living expression of divinity in action. One prayer of radical forgiveness or “I love you” at a time, the ascension of Earth that already occurred the moment life was created, actualizes into present moment time, so we can remember the Heaven that is already here – now and forever, together as One.

One of his students asked Buddha, “Are you the messiah?”
“No”, answered Buddha.
“Then are you a healer?”
“No”, Buddha replied.
“Then are you a teacher?” the student persisted.
“No, I am not a teacher.”
“Then what are you?” asked the student, exasperated.
“I am awake,” Buddha replied. (Buddha)

Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.

Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal rule.

The tongue like a sharp knife… Kills without drawing blood.

You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.

Have compassion for all beings, rich and poor alike; each has their suffering. Some suffer too much, others too little.

Attentiveness is the path to true life;
Indifference is the path to death.
The attentive do not die;
The indifferent are as if they are dead already.

Teach this triple truth to all: A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things that renew humanity.

One should not despise what one has received, nor envy the gains of others. The monk who envies the gains of others does not attain to meditative absorption.

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Better than a thousand hollow words, is one word that brings peace.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.

Health is the greatest gift,
contentment is the greatest wealth,
a trusted friend is the best relative,
Nibbana is the greatest bliss

However many holy words you read, however many you speak, what good will they do you if you do not act on upon them?

It is a man’s own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.

It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.

Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.
