I always try to stick with the most common of celestial happenings, but to explain our card today, I need to go one step further…Venus semi-sextile Pluto. It may become noticeable today that someone is more demanding of your attention, perhaps trying to keep you all to themselves.

Our 4 of Pentacles is a clingy little fellow, and this could come across as simple as your children asking that you look up from your phone and notice them, to a possessive lover who wants you to look in no direction but theirs. Some may view this as jealousy, but I see it more as an inability to share. This type of behavior may still be witnessed tomorrow as well when the Moon glides into possessive Scorpio. Just be sure that anything, or anyone, to which /whom you may be clinging, is worth keeping.

I am not a believer of coincidence.  The last time we saw this card was July 13, the day after the Cancer Solar Eclipse, and here we are again, very much in Eclipse energy following the Total Lunar Eclipse in Leo on the 21st.  Yesterday, we reached a turning point, and one way or the other, things are about to become interesting.  For a very long time, I have been referring to the battle between good and evil, and said that good would win, and I am certain many days you have doubted this.

The Tower signifies drastic change, often instantaneously, with the tearing down of old structure in order to erect new ones.  Here, this image from the Major Barkana, a deck-in-progress, we can see the dog trying to build a wall, but ultimately he fails, and his hopes come crashing down around him.  Unlike our unfortunate pooch here…

The cards certainly have a theme going on this week – planning, delays in plans, and planning ahead for the future. It would appear that even if things did not go according to plan at the beginning of the week, that you know the future is still on the horizon. So, when you know the changes are coming, what do you do? You prepare. I think that any amount of preparedness is a good thing, as long as you realize the Universe is still going to have its way.

Perhaps you are trying to put all of your ducks in a row, knowing that change is indeed imminent. Today is about what you do in anticipation of these changes.
