Law of Attraction:   Why Youre Not Screwing Up The Law of Attraction | Matt Kahn | Whatever Arises Love That – YouTube

Aired with Michael Sandler on InspireNation, February 19, 2017

Though you’re hearing this in the New Year, it’s New Year’s eve here, and I want to talk about a topic most of us seem to struggling with, and that’s feeling stuck. We could be feeling stuck at home, at work, spiritually, financially, or with our partner, but in some aspect of our life, almost all of us feel dis-empowered, or unsure where to turn. That goes for me as well. So if this sounds even remotely like you, then do we have the show for you!

Today we’ll be talking with Matt Kahn, called back on the show by popular demand – and author of the best-selling book, Whatever Arises, Love That: A Love Revolution That Begins with You!

I want to talk with Matt about the spiritual side of things, or perhaps a spiritual resolution, which seems most important for the new year.

And I want to talk about what it really means to be stuck, and why we may even want to embrace the confusion and the ‘stuckedness.

And I want to talk about slowing down, at a time we’re all speeding up. Evolutionarily we’re speeding up, as a race we’re speeding up, but also our to-do’s are completely out of control. And at this time of year we’re all thinking about new years resolutions, or how to make our to do lists even longer.

So I’d like to talk about how we can flip things on their head for the new year, simplifying, slowing things down, and giving ourselves a chance to breathe, and our spirits the chance to soar.

That plus an important question from a listener in the Australian outback, for whom I dedicate this show.

Key Topics:   Is doubt normal? How you move past doubt Why it’s important to love the one who is doubting Why the conventional understanding of The Secret & The Law of Attraction are actually backwards How you recognize intuition How to realize your job is not to get out of your own way How you learn you can’t screw things up How the mind works as an alert system of the heart What you should do when you’re stuck Why nurturing the one with “the issue” makes all the difference Why New Years resolutions don’t stick How the Law of Attraction really works – and what it has to do with circulating energy What the George Costanza affect (from Seinfeld) has to do with The Secret What Indirect Manifestation is & what it means for you Why the answer is circulating energy to get unstuck Why manifestation comes from doing things differently What different is good The importance of getting rooted in your body

MORE ON MATT KAHN:
Matt Kahn is an author, spiritual teacher, and highly-attuned empathic healer. His spontaneous awakening arose out of an out-of-body experience at the age of 8, and through his direct experiences with Ascended Masters and Archangels throughout his life. Using his intuitive abilities of seeing, hearing, feeling, and direct knowing, as an empath, Matt feels the emotions of others and is able to pinpoint what blocks any heart from opening. As a result, he brings forth revolutionary teachings through both the written and spoken word that assist energetically-sensitive beings in healing the body, awakening the soul, and transforming reality through the power of love. He is a bridge between the mystical realms and the path of awakening who inspires profound spiritual growth and life-changing energetic expansion to audiences worldwide through a spoken transmission of presence. Through the words Matt is intuitively guided to share, an energy shift occurs to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain, rewrite the subconscious mind, and unravel the overstimulated nervous system. The result of this transmission ranges from a more balanced emotional body, the elimination of stress, fear, doubt, and despair, greater connection with the Universe, the activation of intuitive gifts, spontaneous remission, deeper intimacy in relationships, as well as direct experiences of self-realization. Many spiritual seekers have experienced amazing, unexplainable physical and emotional healings, and have awakened to their true nature through Matt’s profound and loving teachings, and transmission of sacred heart wisdom.

2017 Pisces Eclipse begins Rabbit Month

NEW MOON IN PISCES

February 26 2017 is new Moon solar eclipse in Pisces. Water sign Pisces is artistic, sensitive, and highly intuitive. An eclipse is an absence of light when the shadow is seen, so deep feelings and emotions can rise to the surface to be transformed.

The new Moon conjuncts the Sun, Mercury, and Neptune in Pisces for integration of feelings. Moods are stronger than the rational mind, disposition can change quickly, and it’s easy to be overwhelmed by small matters. Therefore, this lunar month is ideal for meditation, contemplation, and to focus on self care and your domestic life. Artistic endeavors are favored, and imagination is powerful.

WATER RABBIT MONTH

This new Moon eclipse begins the month of the Water Rabbit. Water is the most yin element, and adds softness to gentle Rabbit. Water Rabbit is a deep feeling and empathetic soul who dislikes conflict and competition.

Metaphysics:  How Walking In Nature Changes The Brain – Collective Evolution

This may seem obvious to some, since the feeling we get from going for a walk through a park or forest, going camping, or just getting out of the city in general is so refreshing and generally very relaxing. But new research is proving just how important getting out of the city and into nature can be for our mental and physical well-being.

The majority of people in the Western world live in busy, congested cities. Many of us have been completely cut off from nature in our day-to-day lives, especially compared to the generations before us. There have been many studies showing that city dwellers are much more likely to suffer from depression and other forms of anxiety […]

Spirituality:  Alan Watts ~ We Are All Connected – YouTube

Is it possible to just look?

Can I look without the word at every problem: the problem of fear, the problem of pleasure? Because the word creates, breeds thought; and thought is memory, experience, pleasure, and therefore a distorting factor.

This is really quite astonishingly simple. Because it is simple, we mistrust it. We want everything to be very complicated, very cunning; and all cunning is covered with a perfume of words. If I can look at a flower nonverbally -and I can; anyone can do it, if one gives sufficient attention -can’t I look with that same objective, nonverbal attention at the problems which I have? Can’t I look out of silence, which is nonverbal, without the thinking machinery of pleasure and time being in operation? Can’t I just look? I think that’s the crux of the whole matter -not to approach from the periphery, which only complicates life tremendously, but to look at life, with all its complex problems of livelihood, sex, death, misery, sorrow, the agony of being tremendously alone -to look at all that without association, out of silence, which means without a center, without the word which creates the reaction of thought, which is memory and hence time. I think that is the real problem, the real issue: whether the mind can look at life where there is immediate action, not an idea and then action, and eliminate conflict altogether.
