Q&A: How Do I Contact My Spirit Guides?

Today, a potential client asked this question which seems to touch upon a topic that is on many awakening minds for 2018.

Q: I’d like to know about my Spirit Guides. How to better communicate and reach and who are they? — Lorena Paredes

A: Your spirit guides are always reaching out to communicate with you. You must learn to FEEL them in order to open your Sight to what they are guiding you to incorporate into your life. To do that means to work on opening up your Third Eye by, first, decalcifying your pineal gland (the primary gland of your endocrine system) … cut out ingestion of flouride through water sources and products like toothpaste; undergo a Master Cleanse of your body system to detox from the heavy metals you absorb from the chemtrails sprayed in the air and the stuff in our water and foods. Consume more light-infused/plant-based foods, because Light begets Light. Drink plenty of water, because water cleanses body and mind. Remember, your Body is your Temple through which you receive inner spiritual guidance (a/k/a messages from your spirit guides). As you bring your body health back under control, stimulate your pineal gland by listening to binaural beats and solfeggio tones to stimulate higher secretion levels of seratonin, melatonin and DMT … these biochemicals that you naturally produce open up your intuitive self, as supported by your right brain. This is how you develop your Sight and awareness of your own aura (as well as others’ auras). Further support your metaphysical self with a regular meditation session that begins with a ritual bath to prime you to receive spiritual messages. Journal your ideas, inspirations and dreams that come to you so that you can refer back and glean deeper meaning from the words you write … these are all the ways to connect with your spirit guides with clarity. As for identifying whom your spirit guides, that is the stuff that I offer in my paid in-depth readings … and you would be able to ascertain this information yourself through deep meditation. A: We are each born with psychic abilities, Osmara … the question hinges on whether you receive guidance and training to hone your natural abilities into reliable skills. That is the salient difference between talent and skill … and a dabbler versus a competent professional. Talent, though innate, is always trumped by honed skill. Fact! That is the re-/membering part of spiritual consciousness that today’s energies support within all who seek to learn to be of service to Self and Others. That said, due diligence research on your part is key, and yes, involves a fair bit of reading. Refrain from the willy-nilly approach of stabbing in the dark for your occult knowledge. Read up on occult topics you are drawn to and develop pointed questions from there. Work smarter, not harder so that you can sharpen your skillset. That means be an intelligent listener and observer, and most of all, an ardent student. Seek out a competent Mentor whom you can trust (feel that one in your heart); one who is willing to be there for your intelligent questions. Journal all of your impressions, questions and dreams. Make your own tools; don’t fall into the lazy habit of buying pre-made pretty collectibles. The most powerful magical tools are hand-made because your special Mana is infused within it.
