What a great way to give new life to your Thanksgiving turkey and gravy leftovers. Besides, as the weather cools, who doesn’t like a nice hot pot pie?!? For Thanksgiving, Amelia made the best turkey I think I’ve ever had. She brined it then smoked it on the Weber with a mixture of hardwood chips. I SO couldn’t let my portion of leftovers go to waste! I also added some leftovers of our mom’s awesome gravy to help thicken the pie filling. It was crazy good! But what if you didn’t have turkey for Thanksgiving? No worries, this recipe would work well with beef and beef gravy or chicken and chicken gravy. Dare I say it – if you had seafood, I’d even put that in this pot pie!

Assure yourself that Our Lady’s blessing is only bestowed when you are ready to receive it. Do be prepared though to have moments when you question whether or not you are ready for what is being requested of you when the blessing begins its work. Sometimes you might wonder whether or not you are capable of coping with whatever is going on without your world collapsing totally.
Have confidence that you will triumph, though, thanks to the love of Our Lady Of Blessing Bestowed. Of course,things won’t always be easy and that’s okay. Just have faith that if you feel that things are difficult, it’s an indication that you are maturing and moving on from a history that no longer serves your soul’s long-term interests.
The beauty of this specific blessing is that it comes at exactly the perfect time. And, it’s not at all necessary for you to even be aware that a blessing is taking place for it to do its purpose. Mother Mary works in mysterious ways that we don’t need to understand to gain her rewards.
