Q: I’d like to know about my Spirit Guides. How to better communicate and reach and who are they? — Lorena Paredes
A: Your spirit guides are always reaching out to communicate with you. You must learn to FEEL them in order to open your Sight to what they are guiding you to incorporate into your life. To do that means to work on opening up your Third Eye by, first, decalcifying your pineal gland (the primary gland of your endocrine system) … cut out ingestion of flouride through water sources and products like toothpaste; undergo a Master Cleanse of your body system to detox from the heavy metals you absorb from the chemtrails sprayed in the air and the stuff in our water and foods. Consume more light-infused/plant-based foods, because Light begets Light. Drink plenty of water, because water cleanses body and mind. Remember, your Body is your Temple through which you receive inner spiritual guidance (a/k/a messages from your spirit guides). As you bring your body health back under control, stimulate your pineal gland by listening to binaural beats and solfeggio tones to stimulate higher secretion levels of seratonin, melatonin and DMT … these biochemicals that you naturally produce open up your intuitive self, as supported by your right brain.
