Willful ignorance; one who won’t use the tools to discern Truth is na’aupo. It’s all in the hana (the work, daily do-ing). The word itself means “many breaths.” Keep using the tools until it becomes like breathing automatically; no thinking. No more wasting your Ha (your sacred breath … with too many words of justification/excuse). Take heart: the more you use them, the easier getting back to Pono (righteousness) is.
