21-DAY TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGE: DAY 21 – CREATE YOUR OWN TECH COMMANDMENTS

The Place I met you in my dreams

“Problems cannot be solved at the same level of consciousness that created them.” — Albert Einstein

Create Your Own Tech Commandments:

We’ve completed 20 days of switching up our relationship to technology. From screen breaks to email fasts, device-free zones to time spent in solitude, we’ve experimented from all angles on how to drive (rather than be driven by) our devices.

Today, expand on these experiences and create your own tech boundaries. List 3 practices you can carry forward to maintain this renewed relationship to technology. Perhaps the no-gadgets at mealtime rule stuck, or you’ve setup an hourly reminder to take a screen break. Maybe you’ve carved out daily time for solitude, or you’ll keep your cell phone on silent or powered off for extended periods each day. In whatever way works for you, commit to at least 3 creative tech constraints that will give you space and time to do focused work, tune in more easily to yourself and your environment, and show up for those you hold dear.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
