5 Signs A Deceased Loved One Is Nearby – Higher Perspective

I know my father who recently passed over last summer still contacts us, especially Mom, in many different ways. We each experience similar metaphysical experiences, but likely pass them off as synchronicities, “coincidences”, or freaky moments … but that is the mind attempting to interpret what your heart already senses is a genuine experience.  The truth is, loved ones often attempt to contact us after passing.

Truthful Moment … Time is what we want most, but what we use worst.

How well do you manage your time?

It is possible to get everything done in a day that’s needed and still have time for yourself. You just need the right tips.

Believe it or not, there is enough hours in a day to get everything done and still have time for yourself. You’re probably wondering to yourself, how? The answer in all honesty is rather simple, time management. However, time management can be one of those things that are easier said than done, at least it can feel that way. I assure you, if you take the right steps and practice enough, time management will become second nature to you.

The simple, unpleasant truth is that we are probably busier than we ever have been. Notwithstanding the fact that little science backs up this notion, the anecdotal evidence is overwhelming.

“You can see it all around us,” says Jana Jasper, a New York-based productivity expert and author of Take Back Your Time. “People talk too fast. We’re always in a rush. We start things and don’t finish them and are constantly nagged by the idea that we’ve forgotten to do something, but we’re not sure what it is.”

That people awash in labor- and time-saving devices, from robotic vacuum cleaners to microwave ovens to computers, would feel so harried so often seems counter-intuitive. But what technology gives, it also takes away.
“As we have increased the numbers of time-saving devices and products to make our lives easier we have found ways to fill the time,” says Tracy Lyn Moland, a time management consultant and author of “Mom Management, Managing Mom Before Everybody Else.” And, a chronic lack of time leads to stress.

But the time-management experts we spoke to all say that it is possible to reduce stress. Think about it as adding an extra hour to your day through time-management techniques.

Something as simple as “knowing where your keys are in the morning, knowing where your kid’s library book or homework is, will reduce a lot of stress,” says Moland. She has a number of time management tips.

GOAL: Make a Time Diary

Take a week and plot out what you do every day. Be honest. If you watch 25 hours of TV each week, write it down.

“This is a painful awakening for most people,” says Jana Jasper. “You have to include everything — gym time, eating, driving. It can be upsetting to see how little unstructured time we allow ourselves. But it’s difficult to make intelligent decisions about using your time more effectively if you don’t know what you’re doing with your time now.”

GOAL: Learn to Say “No”

Turn off your cell phone and beeper. When someone asks you to do something that you really don’t have time to do, say so, politely, but firmly. And don’t allow yourself to feel guilty.

“One reason we are feeling so busy all the time is that we are worse at setting personal boundaries around what we’ll say ‘no’ to,” says Jana Kemp, founder and president of “Meeting & Management Essentials,” a time-management consultancy in Boise, Idaho.

Part of declining to do things, is focusing on your goals, Kemp explains. Your time diary can help in this regard. Once you’ve blocked time for important, but often not scheduled activities, sign on for only those things that are important, family, friends and health. Once you know exactly what you have time to do, turning down things that don’t fit into your priorities is easier.

Do You Know About The Delicious Black Sapote Fruit?

choco-fruit

Someone asked me a while back to repost about Black Sapote fruit … here it is, folks!

The Fruit that Tastes like Chocolate Pudding

Black Sapote, a.k.a “the Chocolate Pudding Fruit”. Anyone who has tried this fruit will tell you that it really does taste very much like chocolate pudding (not like some other sorry excuses for gluten free substitutes) and even has the same consistency too. Of course they’re a much healthier alternative to the real deal, lower in fat and contain about four times as much vitamin C as your average orange.

Briefly leave it to dry and use it for a dessert. In the jar in which you filtered the liquid, now add the remaining ingredients and mix occasionally, leave for little time until sugar get melted. Then put it into a bottle and Cheers . The liquor keep it in the refrigerator.

Note: If you do not have coconut milk, do it only with milk, but it would be good if you find aroma of coconut extract also add it to get greater effect, although I’m sure also from this you will immediately feel the taste of already filtered coconut.

The Capricorn new moon’s importance for anchoring your creations can’t be overstated.
It’s vital.
Make time during this three-day window to write down, organize, plan, and order your creations for as much of the year as you are clear on. Writing things down gets the forces of creation moving.
Make sure you know what your highest priority creation is so you can concentrate on manifesting it. Connecting in a group can really support you in pulling these pieces together.Element: Earth
Window: January 8 – 10
Exact: January 9 ~ 8:30 p.m. Eastern

This very grounded new moon begins the year immediately with the call for you to create a plan for the year ahead. Planning sets the forces of creation in motion. You can always adjust your plan to allow for changes you see along the way, but planning will give you a firm creation foundation.

The more you take responsibility for creating and designing your life and business the more effective you will be at aligning the forces of creation with your desired results. Create goals and step-by-step procedures to accomplish them. Make serious commitments for success. Take care of your body. Provide support for your family and children.

This archetype considers the impact of its actions on the next seven generations. Allow Capricorn to help you design sustainable economic and Earth honoring systems for your life, business, and community. A good way to work with this energy is to ask yourself what steps you can take now to create a better world. Write down any insights you receive.

Recipe – Enchilada Lasagna

enchilasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 lbs chicken breast, chopped to bite pieces
  • 5 cups of mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can of cream of celery
  • 1 can of cream of chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup canned and chopped green chillies (drained)
  • small corn tortillas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Enchilada/Taco Sauce, to taste if you need a little extra spice in the sauce (optional)

Directions

Brown chicken in a pan on 2 tbsp of oil. Season with cumin, salt and pepper.
In a bowl combine cream of celery, cream of chicken, sour cream and green chillies. (Enchilada Sauce to taste if desired)

Prepare the dish you will assemble the lasagna in. Put 1/2 cup of cream mix on the bottom of the baking dish and spread. Layer a row of tortillas followed with cream mix, chicken and cheese. You should be able to make 3 layers like this. Last layer doesn’t need chicken, just a ton of cheese. That is the best part!

I preheat the oven to 425 degrees and let it bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is nice and melted and golden brown on top.
