Affirming Meditation May 25, 2017 Nā Hālau ʻĀha Hūi Lanakila Forgiving myself, or another, the survival center of my brain stops releasing stressful chemicals in my body. I can now let go the past, and with it anger, guilt, and sadness. I can live more fully in the richness of the expression of life.
