Recently, a potential client asked us whether we could detect if she had psychic ability and, if so, how she could develop her talent.  We thought we’d share what we counseled to her for the benefit of all those persons following this website who might be thinking about a similar question.

Q:  I would like to know if you see me having or developing any psychic abilities?  (Osmara V. Garcia, Dallas, TX)

A:  We are each born with psychic abilities, Osmara … the question hinges on whether you receive guidance and training to hone your natural abilities into reliable skills. That is the salient difference between talent and skill … and a dabbler versus a competent professional. Talent, though innate, is always trumped by honed skill. Fact! That is the re-/membering part of spiritual consciousness that today’s energies support within all who seek to learn to be of service to Self and Others. That said, due diligence research on your part is key, and yes, involves a fair bit of reading. Refrain from the willy-nilly approach of stabbing in the dark for your occult knowledge. Read up on occult topics you are drawn to and develop pointed questions from there. Work smarter, not harder so that you can sharpen your skillset. That means be an intelligent listener and observer, and most of all, an ardent student. Seek out a competent Mentor whom you can trust (feel that one in your heart); one who is willing to be there for your intelligent questions. Journal all of your impressions, questions and dreams. Make your own tools; don’t fall into the lazy habit of buying pre-made pretty collectibles. The most powerful magical tools are hand-made because your special Mana is infused within it.
