Daily Words of the Buddha for May 17, 2018

Pāli Word a Day for May 17, 2018 — nirābādha — free from sickness or distress

Imesu kira sajjanti,
Eke samaṇabrāhmaṇā;
Viggayha naṃ vivadanti
Janā ekaṅgadassino.

Some recluses and brahmins, so called,
Are deeply attached to their own views;
People who only see one side of things
Engage in quarrels and disputes.

Udāna 6.54
