Dunniggahassa lahuno,
yatthakāmanipātino.
Cittassa damatho sādhu,
cittaṃ dantaṃ sukhāvahaṃ.

Wonderful it is to train the mind,
so swiftly moving, seizing whatever it wants.
Good is it to have a well-trained mind,
for a well-trained mind brings happiness.
