As baseball season officially ends, and it is time to put the bats away until Spring arrives again, there is a change in the air. You could find this to be a busy Monday, perhaps with a little more on your plate, aside from your regular workload. There is no harm in this, but do not expect anyone to jump in and offer you a hand. It is important to remember that with an increase in responsibility, there also comes the possibility of an increase in success. Expect that success to arrive by April.
