Card of the Day – 3 of Cups – Saturday, April 27, 2019

Tarot by Cecelia

Separations and celebrations…we began this conversation yesterday with our 3 of Swords.  Out with the negative and in with the positive.  This back-to-back combo is urging you to release the pain in order to make room for the joy.  Yes, this card is all about celebrations, and the like, but you do not need to attend a party today to reap the benefits of this card.

There really is  no room for positivity and joy in your life if you allow your heart to be filled with negativity and pain.  This is  not a transformation which can take place overnight, but you are, after all, in the process of becoming a better version of you, and what better way to do it.  Separation, removal, elimination, whatever word you wish to use, it is like the feng shui of life.  Make room for joyous feelings to enter by doing away with…

Card of the Day – 3 of Swords – Friday, April 26, 2019

Tarot by Cecelia

There may be those who seemingly lead such a charmed life, but there is no one who can say that they have not experienced some form of heartbreak or betrayal.  The 3 of Swords is in the top three on most people’s list of feared cards of the Tarot.  It need not be that way.  If you allow yourself to be consumed by it, the pain wins.

This 3 of Swords comes to you today, urging you to release the heartache and hurts of your past, in order to move forward to a brighter, more joyful, future.  Rather than those storm clouds remaining hanging over your head, it is time for them to part, wash away all that is negative, and separate yourself from it.  They simply can not exist together; release the pain, and embrace the positive.

See you here tomorrow!

Lilith at last critical degree Aquarius

Tara Greene,Tarot Reader, Astrology Psychic

Lilith, one half of the Feminine aspect of god or the archetype of the necessary “negative” or death bringing aspect of nature is sitting at the last critical degree of Aquarius asking us to take the higher consciousness route.. Lilith is critically bringing all the Aquarian aspects of feeling different then others, like an outcast and appearing detached as a result. Lilith in airy Aquarius is also an unconscious negative value of Technology and its impact on our lives. Lilith in Aquarius symbolizes social media revenge issues- like “cancel culture” to which Lilith herself was subject to for 5,000 years . Lilith also challenges us to be open minded and accepting of all beings as equal.

Lilith enters Pisces May 3/4th where she will be deeply emotionally and psychically engaged in our collective unconscious. Lilith will be appearing in dreams a lot while she is in Pisces. She is not…

Lāʻau Lāpaʻau | Clinical Trial Finds that Walnut Leaf Extract is Ineffective for Reducing Cardiovascular Risk Factors Associated with Type 2 Diabetes

Crooked Bear Creek Organic Herbs

Walnut (Juglans regia, Juglandaceae) is a large deciduous tree native to Central Asia. It has been in cultivation across the Eurasian continent for thousands of years. While it is primarily grown for its exceptionally nutritious nut, it is also a source of dye, wood, and other products. In this double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, clinical trial, the researchers evaluated the effects of a walnut leaf extract on glycemic control and cardiovascular risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Walnut leaves for this study were collected in the Dasht-e Naz agricultural area outside the city of Sari, Iran. They were positively identified and certified by a botanist, and a botanical quality voucher specimen was deposited at the Sari School of Pharmacy. The walnut leaf sample was air-dried at room temperature. One kilogram of the sample was ground and percolated, using three 2.5 L measures of 70% ethanol over 24…

Card of the Day – 9 of Wands – Wednesday, April 24, 2019

Tarot by Cecelia

“You will never know strong you are until being strong is your only choice.” I could write an entire post using quotes about strength, resilience, persistence, falling down and getting back up, but I think you get the point. This has been your life up until this point, and, in recent days, we have been talking about the urge to break out, break free, and rise above it all, entering a new life. The 9 of Wands urges you to get up each day and make the most of it, no matter how tired, no matter how difficult, and continually reminds you of all that you are, all that you can be, and all that you have overcome.

If you need some sort of anthem to get you through your day, and to help you get back out there and do it all over again, as you attempt to make…

Card of the Day – The World – Tuesday, April 23, 2019

Tarot by Cecelia

Common sense generally dictates that you do not just wake up one day living an entirely new life.  So how do you get one?  The best way to work your path in the direction of the picture in your mind is through integration.  Gradually begin to introduce the new way of  life into the current one, thus allowing time to adjust to the changes.  There is less chance of having things backfire, if you give yourself, and those around you, that cushion for becoming accustomed to a new way of doing things.

It is important to understand that you are in a crucial phase of transition, so in order for your actions to stick and have long-lasting consequences, or benefits, it is necessary to implement new ways of doing things in a manner which is comfortable for you.  Ultimately, the goal should be to have an actual life rather than…
