Choosing the right music can be tricky task though. While choosing your music, it is better to pick something at least an hour long. Rain sounds, wind sounds, chiming of bells, or music with flutes or simply a chant of “Om” can help you relax. Listening to something that is too loud may spur your mind and body rather than helping you relax.
