Those phenomena arising from a cause, of these the Enlightened One has told the cause and also their cessation; this is the “doctrine” of the Great Recluse.

If you are like me masks have made it all too apparent when you had your last cup of coffee. When you desire to freshen yourself up between brushes, there’s nothing better than a homemade breath tonic made with Organic ingredients. This month’s focus is on Personal Care Products, and one I have regularly used is this DIY breath freshener. Although many breath sprays can be made without alcohol, I find the addition makes for a cleaner result. As with anything containing alcohol, use sparingly and with caution. It’s fun finding your favorite blend of oils. I tend to add a bit more cinnamon with the addition of clove oil for a spicier blend. Using Organic, ingestible, and high-quality essential oils makes all the difference. Make sure to use oils with caution and know the effects of what oils you are putting into your spray.

Do not be discouraged if it seems that your light is not accepted by those about you. That which is upon the surface is an illusion. The energetic work that you do is as it is, and it is not necessary for any to be aware that you are doing this work. It is not necessary for people around you to respond or seem to accept you as you would hope to be responded to and accepted. It is only necessary that you do the work, that you keep your body, your mind, and your spirit in enough balance that energy may flow through and not be stuck in this or that place, or overstimulated so that there is a distortion because of that hectic energy of overstimulation. Realize that the spiritual path is one which extends throughout the incarnation, moment by moment, and unexciting chore by unexciting chore. There is no life which is nothing but the glitter and the sheen of holiday times and mountaintop moments. Realize too that by connecting with those around you who are of a like mind you are helping them and you are allowing them to offer their love offerings to you also. But be steadfast in those situations which do not seem to be so full of love. Allow yourself to be the love that is brought to that meeting, to that moment, to that situation. And if, for some reason, you are flagging and your emotions are tumbled and you are weary, reach out and allow someone to give to you that which you have so often given to others.
I have to give a huge shout out to a couple of friends on this killer recipe – to Tony, who inspired me with his fish dish (which has ALL of the things – snapper, shrimp and crab), and to Carolyn, the super awesome fisher-woman who recently gifted me what I believe to be ALL of the rockfish in the ocean that day. But, she knows that no fish goes to waste on my watch. Thanks fish fairy! Hope you like the fish dish!
Fish Dish
4 cups rice pilaf (I usually make my own but Rice a Roni or even Spanish rice is fine – just make sure it has flavor – plain white rice won’t do) Fish filet, skinned (today I’m using rockfish but anything will do) 1 cup diced onion 1 cup diced bell pepper (any color) 3 ears fresh corn, cut from the cob 3 cups…
Mental, spiritual, physical and emotional clarity all balance our being to become more aligned to our path and helps us go forward with our intentions and soul’s calling. This is the path of observing, without becoming. Of course, initially, it is natural to shift our balance and react on any of the above levels and situations and events in the human experience. This is a part of the human experience and this lifetime. How we move on from the initial reaction is what we can consciously choose, from the perspective of the observer and the seer.
To study thyself, is to study life and all of the Universe. When you realize that all that is happening around you is part of a grander plan, you can surrender to your path, not becoming one with changes and shifts that occur at all times. It is like observing the whole ocean and being aware that every ripple and wave is a part of a greater whole that makes up All. Thereby we move from duality to non-duality.
Agony now, agony hereafter, the wrong-doer suffers agony in both worlds. Agonized now by the knowledge that one has done wrong, one suffers more agony, gone to a state of woe. Rejoicing now, rejoicing hereafter, the doer of wholesome actions rejoices in both worlds. Rejoicing now in the knowledge that one has acted rightly, one rejoices more, gone to a state of bliss.
