Sabbadā sīlasampanno,
paññavā susamāhito;
ajjhattacintī satimā,
oghaṃ tarati duttaraṃ.
In every virtue all-accomplished,
with wisdom full and mind composed,
looking within and ever mindful–
thus one crosses the raging flood.
