When you become angry or jealous, you drop those stones into your bowl of light and those rocks cause leaks in your Mana-sacred power. When your bowl becomes filled with stones, you become a stone that cannot grow. No Aloha! The solution is that at any moment, you can turn your bowl upside down emptying these stones out of your bowl to naturally refill it with YOUR golden light -- your natural Aware and Awakened state of Aloha, your natural state of Divinity. This is the power of Pure Aloha: an Awakened Heart Awakens the Mind. Awakening hinges on your genuine desire for the discovery of your true nature. If it is to flower in you, you must truly want liberation from everything that is false in you, you must want to give yourself totally to the inquiry into what is true beyond all inherited concepts, ideas and beliefs. The purpose of our teachings is to ignite this wanting in you. When the flame of this desire becomes an untamable fire, it flips a switch inside of you and the direction of your destiny is irrevocably altered. It’s like turning on the light only to discover that you are this light. This in itself is extra-ordinary: even though you may have heard the words a thousand times, nothing can prepare you for the naked reality that is revealed. And yet the living experience of this revelation is very ordinary: you have simply re-discovered the innocent wholeness of your essential nature. It’s the you that never was and never will be separate from anything at all. This discovery is the end of suffering and the beginning of freedom. But awakening is just the beginning. The adventure begins, not in the rarified atmosphere of transcendence, but in the midst of the chaos of life. Welcome sweet ones, it gives us great pleasure to be with you in this sacred month of January as you enter into this new nine year cycle, and deeper into your Christed Hearts and the pathway of Divine Love.

Sweet ones, where you are now, at this time of new beginnings, is within a deepening flow of creative inspirations, focus, and abounding synchronicities activated through the Unity Grid of Divine Love, to bring about your heart’s dreaming and the changes you wish to co-create within your own lives upon this sacred earth.
Through the many planetary activities of Light in 2016, the diamond light rays of creation, bringing deeper levels of your purity, innocence and divinity, and the third wave of photonic light frequencies activated in early September, you entered into the third wave of the I Am Avatar Consciousness. The first wave in December/January, followed by the second wave in April/May, brought about increased levels of Cosmic Consciousness awareness and interconnectivity, while clearing the remnants of misaligned energies. And through the third wave, you deepened into the quantum starlight streaming of your multidimensional selves and the New Earth geometries as well as deeper into alignment with Source through the petals of your Christed Heart, with a renewed sense of your magnificence and Light and expression of your Soul’s note as these sacred transfiguring Flames of Divine Love.

This level of Christ Consciousness, called the fourth level of Christ Consciousness, is depicted through a sphere that comes in approximately 12 feet in diameter around you, and is Overlighted by the Andromedan Intergalactic Beings of the Light, who greatly assisted in 2016 in a rebalancing of the Divine Masculine and Feminine energies, and in particular, the archetypal blueprint of the Divine Masculine archetype, and the merging of the Andromedan and Milky Way Galaxies into what is called the Golden Rose Galaxy. At this dimensional level, there is a focus on the sacred geometry of the icosahedron, brought about through the sixteenth ray of Inter-Galactic Christ Consciousness, a beautiful golden-white Flame of Light taking you deeper into expansion and integration. While these geometries may seem less important to your experience of the collective energies of Christ Consciousness sweet ones, what is occurring now is a renewed activation of the sacred geometries, numerologies and fractal geometries through the New Earth Templates which allows for a deep flow of surrender and trust, in the knowing that the highest outcome will always prevail, no matter the situation from an outward perspective. Within the Unity Grid of Divine Love, this matrix of Light that weaves through you, within you and around you and this sacred earth, are the energetic cords that connect you at a Soul level, not only into the experience of the planetary energies, the 144 Unity Grid of Divine Love, but also to those souls you will meet along the path of Divine Love. So each experience that now unfolds as you touch the hearts of others, will bring greater levels of wisdom, illumination and insight to you personally as well as to all life on this sacred earth.
Many of you may have noticed in the last two to three months the significance of the numbers repeating in the Christ Consciousness frequencies of 11 as well as the dimensional frequency units, such as 11:11, 11:22, 12:12, 22:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55 and so on. These frequencies, numerologically and geometrically have now taken you into the next level of your Soul’s Forward Evolution and for many of you, 2016 was the laying of these foundations, as you now deepen into your leadership roles as sacred custodians and wayshowers on this sacred earth. You may have changed jobs, locations, friends, or let go of many relationships that no longer serve you.

boatA Lesson About Anger … by our very good friend, Zuli Masi, a former Buddhist monk living in Chile …

 

A monk decides to meditate alone, away from his monastery. He takes his boat out to the middle of the lake, moors it there, closes his eyes and begins his meditation. After a few hours of undisturbed silence, he
suddenly feels the bump of another boat colliding with his own.

With his eyes still closed, he senses his anger rising, and by the time he opens his eyes, he is ready to scream at the boatman who dared disturb his meditation. But when he opens his eyes, he sees it’s an empty boat that had probably got untethered and floated to the middle of the lake.

At that moment, the monk achieves self-realization, and understands that the anger is within him; it merely needs the bump of an external object to provoke it out of him. From then on, whenever he comes across someone who irritates him or provokes him to anger, he reminds himself, “The other person is merely an empty boat. The anger is within me.”

BREAK FREE FROM YOUR EGO

Alan Watts argues with equal parts conviction and compassion that “the prevalent sensation of oneself as a separate ego enclosed in a bag of skin is a hallucination which accords neither with Western science, nor with experimental philosophy-religions of the East.” He explores the cause and cure of that illusion in a way that flows from profound unease as we confront our cultural conditioning into a deep sense of lightness as we surrender to the comforting mystery and interconnectedness of the universe.  At the heart of the human condition, Watts argues, is a core illusion that fuels our deep-seated sense of loneliness the more we subscribe to the myth of the sole ego, one reflected in the most basic language we use to make sense of the world.  Watts writes:

 

“We suffer from a hallucination, from a false and distorted sensation of our own existence as living organisms.  Most of us have the sensation that ‘I myself’ is a separate center of feeling and action, living inside and bounded by the physical body — a center which ‘confronts’ an ‘external’ world of people and things, making contact through the senses with a universe both alien and strange.  Everyday figures of speech reflect this illusion.  ‘I came into this world.’ ‘You must face reality.’ ‘The conquest of nature.’

Look at the big picture of your life.  Where are you at in your life now?  What are the big lessons you’ve been learning?  What are you grateful for?  What are you tired of?  By taking the time to check-in with yourself now, you can calm your mind and spirit.  When you are calm, your inner voice can be heard more clearly.  So, check-in, calm your spirit and notice the wise guidance of your soul.   This is a card of drastic change, release and review.  Your current phase of life is coming to an end.  Now it is time to look objectively at what has come before.  In which ways did you succeed?  Where did you fail?  What big lessons have you learnt?  Life cannot stay as it is.  Change is unavoidable.  You will benefit now by being accountable for your choices and behaviour.  Be honest with yourself.  Tune into your higher calling and learn where to go next.  Pay attention to the big ideas you have now.  They are not just impossible dreams!

Caramel Apple Tart

You’re gonna love this tart!  It starts with tart, Granny Smith apples and caramel bits, then finishes in nothing but crumbs.  It’s also a great make-ahead, party dish.  Bake your tart ahead of time, then pop it in the oven for a few minutes when guests arrive.  It pairs well with wine and brie.  Maybe Easter brunch?

Caramel Apple Tart

I personally prefer to make my own pie dough but you can also buy one (It’s cool – I won’t tell).

1 ½ cups chilled all purpose flour (I like Bob’s Redmill, organic, unbleached flour)
Pinch of salt
8 tablespoons chilled, unsalted butter, divided and cut into small pieces
A few tablespoons of ice water

Mix together flour and salt.  Either using the paddle attachment on your stand mixer or by hand, cut in 6 tablespoons of the butter.  Leave remaining 2 tablespoons of butter on counter to…

Your greatest strength is in being vulnerable today.  Let your defenses down.  Stop hiding, especially from yourself.  With a sense of unconditional self-love and compassion towards your self, feel your feelings completely and honestly.  It is time to pull upon your deep inner strength.  It may be that you have pushed away your wild, animalistic desires and impulses for the sake of logic and spirituality.  Strength is urging you to work with that wild part of yourself.  Find a balance between your basic drives and higher aspirations. You may be surprised to find that getting into your body, whether through exercise, feasting, or sex, actually opens up new spiritual doorways for you and increases your personal power.  If there is conflict in your situation, Strength may be advising you to face your adversary with love and compassion.  Don’t worry:  you’re not giving up, only taming the beast.

Whether it be between siblings, cousin, or a man and a women the ‘Ha’ is truly a spiritual mana embrace between beings. This represents a girl taking on the honor of becoming a taupou.
