Aloha Ke 'Ākua! Māhālo nūi lōa for visiting Nā Hālau ʻĀha Hūi Lanakila!
We established our Sanctuary for the exploration and awakening of consciousness, the unfolding of our collective creative and healing potential and realisation of our essential Unity.
Our teachings arise out of direct experience of awakened awareness and emanates the untamable fragrance of freedom whilst radically embracing the mystery and mess of human existence. Our invitation is for you to open to the fullness of life, to say YES to the totality of your experience and to meet reality with radical compassion. Our doors are an open invitation to all who seek authentic freedom and are willing to meet heart to heart in honest and open inquiry.
We were taught that the goal of life is to move through life walking up the mountain of experiences with your Aloha, your Bowl of Light. Life is filled with lessons to learn and teaching moments along the way. When you become angry or jealous, you drop those stones into your bowl of light and those rocks cause leaks in your Mana-sacred power. When your bowl becomes filled with stones, you become a stone that cannot grow. No Aloha! The solution is that at any moment, you can turn your bowl upside down emptying these stones out of your bowl to naturally refill it with YOUR golden light -- your natural Aware and Awakened state of Aloha, your natural state of Divinity. This is the power of Pure Aloha: an Awakened Heart Awakens the Mind.
Awakening hinges on your genuine desire for the discovery of your true nature. If it is to flower in you, you must truly want liberation from everything that is false in you, you must want to give yourself totally to the inquiry into what is true beyond all inherited concepts, ideas and beliefs.
The purpose of our teachings is to ignite this wanting in you. When the flame of this desire becomes an untamable fire, it flips a switch inside of you and the direction of your destiny is irrevocably altered. It’s like turning on the light only to discover that you are this light. This in itself is extra-ordinary: even though you may have heard the words a thousand times, nothing can prepare you for the naked reality that is revealed.
And yet the living experience of this revelation is very ordinary: you have simply re-discovered the innocent wholeness of your essential nature. It’s the you that never was and never will be separate from anything at all. This discovery is the end of suffering and the beginning of freedom.
But awakening is just the beginning. The adventure begins, not in the rarified atmosphere of transcendence, but in the midst of the chaos of life. And living the truth of awakening has perhaps never been more of an imperative than in today’s rapidly changing world.
The invitation is for you to awaken to the pristine perfection of your inner light and then to fully embody and express this light amidst the mystery and mess of human existence.
Come join us!
If you peer into the deep reaches of time and space to glimpse the universe when it was just a few billion years old, you’ll see an ancient era populated by many massive galaxies. Simulations suggest these galactic behemoths must have been fed by cold gas in dark matter filaments—structures that make up the cosmic web that connects galaxies in the universe—but the nature of these gas infusions has remained murky in the absence of direct observations.
This lunation is also active. Similar to the recent New Moon, the chart for this FM shows it has a Thor’s Hammer (potential for violence, explosions, or other disasters). The chart also has a Yod, a clear indicator that many of us will face an important decision this weekend, continuing into early March (and possibly beyond).
The 7th Harmonic and 5th Harmonic activity is so pronounced that at least a few of you will produce works of genius this weekend. That crazy idea from a few weeks ago? Go back and look at it now. You might see something special!
This Full Moon occurs on a weekend, and with the Thor’s Hammer (Fist of God) some of you will be accident prone or may get into fights. Please be careful at this time. If someone attempts to provoke you, walk away!
Keahualaka is an ancient Hula heiau tucked into the cliff near Makana Peak in the Ke`e heiau complex on the island of Kauai. In this documentary produced by Ka`imi Na`auao O Hawai`i Nei Institute, our founder Roselle Keliihonipua Bailey gives her first-hand account of what transpired over many years after she sought and received permission to undertake the daunting challenge and the work that went into freeing it from its almost forgotten state to being open and available to Hula students and practitioners worldwide.
These guided meditations are not from any particular tradition, but could be seen as reflecting the perennial teaching inherent to many traditions. They have been created to help convey the practice that will lead to Samadhi, which is realization of your true nature beyond this limited form. Integral to this ancient form of meditation is the cultivating of the skills of concentration and inner surrender (mindfulness), which has been shown to have many side benefits such as reduction of stress, increased attention and cognitive abilities, increased compassion, tolerance, creativity, emotional intelligence, self awareness, ability to break addictions, and a variety of health benefits. As we move through the practices we move from shorter periods of meditation to longer periods, and we move from using techniques to choiceless awareness. We move from mind fullness to mind emptiness, and to realizing the non-dual state or the Samadhi state which is beyond fullness and emptiness.
This meditation series is divided into 3 parts; beginner, intermediate and advanced, going progressively deeper into meditation and self inquiry. We will start by narrowly focusing on the breath, which will help to cultivate presence and equanimity. Once you have practiced the beginner meditations and you are able to stay with the breath at the nostrils for long periods of time, you can move to the intermediate meditations where we start to observe the entire field of changing phenomena throughout the body. Once you have practiced the intermediate meditations and are able to be with the field of changing phenomena, you can move to the advanced meditations where we will start to observe consciousness itself. These meditations can be seen as preparation for the longer 1 hour meditations in the Samadhi Guided Meditation Series. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list…
Practice in a comfortable position, sitting on a cushion, chair or meditation bench and make sure your spine is straight. Rest your hands in whatever position you like. Once you have found a comfortable position, make an intention to stay in that position for the whole meditation without shifting or moving. The eyes can be open or closed. If they are too open you may become distracted, and if fully closed your meditation may become foggy or dull. So adjust your practice accordingly so that your meditation is vivid and lucid.

Good morning, everyone, and Happy aloha Saturday. Today is the end of the week, so let the weekend begin! Have a beautiful day and enjoy everyone. Peace be with you.
We have a Full Moon in Virgo at 8 degrees (3.17 am EST). Virgo is the second Earth sign in the zodiac and is the sign that rules our health and daily routines as well as our work space. It is also the aspect of us that provides service to others. It is a sign that connects us to our physical body and the divine feminine. It is also associated with mind as it is ruled by Mercury. Mercury is finally direct in Aquarius which has given us more mind energy.
Virgo’s opposite is Pisces, the sign of higher love and compassion, Oneness and spirituality. We are therefore asked to create balance and harmony between mind and soul, letting go of criticism and small details in order to create a holistic view and approach. We need to let go of judgement, toward ourselves as well as others, through unconditional love and compassion.
When we let go of mind, we can connect to intuition. And if we balance intellect and imagination we create integration within between knowledge and wisdom. This requires us to go within and meditate and rest as much as possible throughout the month.

Shamanism was an integral part of humanity for thousands of years. They were the first healers, teachers, and scholars. Eventually, the wisdom of the shamans was lost through the trials and travails of humanity. Now, in our modern age with technology that grants us access to knowledge from around the world, we have brought the […]
Ho’okupu is a Hawaiian tradition and is in practice today just as much as it had been in days gone by. In a nutshell, they are offerings given freely as an expression of gratitude, respect, and aloha: an ENERGY EXCHANGE that brings a healing ’round full circle, so that energies are cycled as they are elevated. The Hawaiian Islands were once home to an incredible diversity of terrestrial snails, one of the most diverse assemblages to be found anywhere on earth. Today, the majority of these species are gone and most of those that remain are threatened with extinction. […]

Originally this film was going to be a part of Samadhi Part 3, but it grew into its own separate creation. It explores something very important that is seldom spoken of in some spiritual traditions (the topic is almost taboo). It is based around insights that came during a “peak meditation experience” when I encountered beings that identified themselves as “the Seraphim”. Yes, the Seraphim are considered to be “angels”, but for me were nothing like the humans with wings depicted in the Bible, but a field of conscious energy which has the singular purpose of helping our soul to complete its evolutionary journey. In this film I report on the experience and give some insights that came to me. Such phenomena may sometimes be dismissed or negated due to preconceptions or biases within the limited egoic self, or on the flip side they may be given too much emphasis and become entrapments for the ego as it creates an identity around them. The film explores the relationship between the dimensions of being and becoming as the self structure grows and evolves, and the apparent paradoxes of realizing Samadhi at increasingly more subtle levels of the developmental spiral.
Realizing Samadhi is only the first step in an unfathomable unfolding journey to expand the inner lotus into higher worlds; an enlightenment process which is a development within the levels of self structure and soul. Awakening is waking up to the unchanging dimension of absolute “being”, pure consciousness, while enlightenment is about the ongoing dance of evolution and involution within the manifested world, the endless cycle of “becoming”. The human game allows the possibility of creating an expanded and purified vessel to interface with divine consciousness, or higher “impersonal” levels of consciousness. When we sacrifice the egoic wants to allow this divine connection to unfold, we become part of an expanded level of existence and part of a higher “plan”.
Through imitation of the Seraphim, or by matching their vibration, humans can have the same unmediated union with god. We are meant to imitate them, learn from their example, merge with their light, but not to worship them. Nor can we invoke their presence or try to summon them from the lower mind. We merge with them by becoming like them, by matching their resonance as we evolve on the spiritual path.
This release includes the full “Metatron’s Vision” which is a related sound and visual journey (or you could call it a “transverberation”) created by Daniel Schmidt and David Donnelly (the Fractalverse). “Metatron’s Vision” is designed to be listened to with headphones because the stereo effects create a swirling of energy that is difficult to perceive with speakers. Choose a time and place where you are not going to be interrupted. There are no particular instructions for the experience itself. Just see if you can sit still and go through the entire journey without generating a thought, staying present and attentive to the whole experience.

The Earthwatch Institute concluded in the last debate of the Royal Geographical Society of London, that bees are the most important living being on the planet, however, scientists have also made an announcement: Bees have already entered into extinction risk.
Bees around the world have disappeared up to 90% according to recent studies, the reasons are different depending on the region, but among the main reasons are massive deforestation, lack of safe places for nests, lack of flowers, use uncontrolled pesticides, changes in soil, among others. […]

Ka ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, the Hawaiian language, once forbidden in schools and nearly lost, is flourishing again in these Islands. In 1978, it became the official state language along with English. It lives in song, in books, in the daily lives of Hawai‘i residents and in schools dedicated to perpetuating native culture. On the next INSIGHTS, we’ll discuss the Hawaiian language with guests Christopher Kaliko Baker, Assistant Professor, Kawaihuelani Center for Hawaiian Language, University of Hawaiʻi, Mānoa; Manu Boyd, kumu hula, musician, Cultural Consultant at Kamehameha Schools; Kamalei Krug, a graduate of the DOE’s Hawaiian Language Immersion Program; and Amy Kalili, Director at Mokuola Honua Global Center for Indigenous Language Excellence.
