We were taught that the goal of life is to move through life walking up the mountain of experiences with your Aloha, your Bowl of Light. Life is filled with lessons to learn and teaching moments along the way. When you become angry or jealous, you drop those stones into your bowl of light and those rocks cause leaks in your Mana-sacred power. When your bowl becomes filled with stones, you become a stone that cannot grow. No Aloha! The solution is that at any moment, you can turn your bowl upside down emptying these stones out of your bowl to naturally refill it with YOUR golden light -- your natural Aware and Awakened state of Aloha, your natural state of Divinity. This is the power of Pure Aloha: an Awakened Heart Awakens the Mind. Awakening hinges on your genuine desire for the discovery of your true nature. If it is to flower in you, you must truly want liberation from everything that is false in you, you must want to give yourself totally to the inquiry into what is true beyond all inherited concepts, ideas and beliefs. The purpose of our teachings is to ignite this wanting in you. When the flame of this desire becomes an untamable fire, it flips a switch inside of you and the direction of your destiny is irrevocably altered. It’s like turning on the light only to discover that you are this light. This in itself is extra-ordinary: even though you may have heard the words a thousand times, nothing can prepare you for the naked reality that is revealed. And yet the living experience of this revelation is very ordinary: you have simply re-discovered the innocent wholeness of your essential nature. It’s the you that never was and never will be separate from anything at all. This discovery is the end of suffering and the beginning of freedom. But awakening is just the beginning. The adventure begins, not in the rarified atmosphere of transcendence, but in the midst of the chaos of life. And living the truth of awakening has perhaps never been more of an imperative than in today’s rapidly changing world. The invitation is for you to awaken to the pristine perfection of your inner light and then to fully embody and express this light amidst the mystery and mess of human existence. Come join us!

Black chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa), also known as aronia berry, is a member of the economically important rose (Rosaceae) family, which includes other pome-producing plants like apple (Malus spp.), pear (Pyrus spp.), and quince (Cydonia oblonga). As I am sure you know, Ma’at is the Egyptian Goddess of Truth, Universal Order, and Right. The ideas related to Her form the core of the ancient Egyptian conception of the way things should be. Ma’at was considered to be the very food of the Goddesses and Gods. Ma’at explained the relationships between humanity and the Divine. Ma’at was natural law and social law. Ma’at was not only justice, but also fairness and even kindness toward one another. Ideally, the king who ruled Egypt, the viziers who advised the king, the judges who made decisions that affected the people, and the people themselves all operated under the laws of Ma’at. “I am lonely. So very lonely,” she told me one day.

“Please, tell me of your loneliness”, I said.

“Nothing can help me, you see. No person. No substance.
No experience the world has to offer.
Everything offers only brief respite.
I soon plunge back into my own loneliness.
Where nothing and no-one can reach me.

On this tiny planet spinning in infinite night,
I am lonesome. I feel far from wherever things are.
I have not been able to escape this feeling.
I think it has been with me since the beginning of time.

But then, I tell myself, I must turn towards this desolation.
Let me no longer be ashamed or frightened of my alienation.

LightBody Tuning to Higher Frequencies ~

All are being tuned to higher frequencies. Realities are not as they once were.

Those moving into existence as a multi-dimensional being of consciousness will notice subtle changes very rapidly when measured against the old ways of “time”.

Time expands and contracts, as do you as an energy. Your mind will expand to see that which you could not previously see. The more you embrace it, the “easier” it will appear to be.

As your LightBody continues to form, all things dense continue to come up for release in your outer worlds. Dense is simply anything that holds you back. Anything you identify with that is not out of love. And anything that separates one from another.

For many, they are working to purge material things, attachments, relationships, memories, all energetic cords…. and get ready to bring in the new. They are allowing the heavy things to fall away. This is an exquisite time if one allows it to be.

The physical body is changing in ways that logic cannot comprehend. Your DNA strands are activating further. While many are experiencing unexplainable physical adjustments, what feels & sounds like air “moves through” to “tune” one’s energy to dissolve etheric inconsistencies that remain. You are syncing AS an energy, rather than TO an energy as once perceived.

Words will change & become softer. Kindness and compassion continue to move in. For many there will be periods where words are just not applicable and feeling like language is changing is exactly as it seems to be. Many will speak and not hear what they did before. As they are hearing & transmitting in frequency. Soon all will be energetic communication and language barriers continue to fall away. For the language of one is energy. Here spoken words are no longer necessary.

Seeing expands beyond that of the human eyes while hearing transcends the limits of the human ears. For as you become the energy you have forgotten, you are no longer limited to the realms of the physical reality you once knew.

You are coming home to that which you already are. Allow yourself to continue to remember by trusting that which you cannot see.
