Card of the Day – Death – Tuesday, November 27, 2018

tarotbycecelia's avatarTarot by Cecelia

What a great image!  Today’s Death card comes to us from a new deck titled Sawyer’s Path Tarot.  I am loving the entire deck, but you must admit this Death card really rocks!  Sailing off into a beautiful sunset does indeed make for the perfect ending.

We are still under the influence of the Full Moon, which occurred at  0° Gemini, even though today’s Moon is actually in Leo.  Endings, or in this case, it feels like being done, or, at the very least, wanting to be done.  That  was the first of five Full Moons which will be at 0°; at this point, it feels as though you are more than ready for a next chapter to begin.  We all know the Death card is not only about endings, but also about beginnings, and they do feel as they they are drawing closer every day.

I mentioned feeling done with…

CRISPR babies, Astrology in the News

Tara Greene www.taratarot.com's avatarTara Greene,Tarot,Astrology,Psychic

Astrology in the news. Something big has happened. Sun and Jupiter conjunction in Sagittarius love to boast.

China announces the birth of twingirls whose genes were edited in vitro before they were implanted and born. The scientists plan to eliminate a gene called CCR5 which will hopefully make them and any future children resistant to HIV, smallpox, and cholera. This gene editing will affect all the DNA of humans born after from these babies.

The 2nd International Gene-editing summit opens November 26, 2018 in Hong Kong

This sensational claim which the scientists hope will bring them more fame than the Doctor who invented Invitro was leaked as the Gene-editing summit is about to start in Hong Kong as the Sensational Sun Jupiter Mercury Retrograde conjunction happens.

The process of gene editing acronym is called CRISPR and I can hear all the puns already.

Patience and Trust…

feat-222

Words are powerful, namely the words “Patience” and “Trust”

“…I kept telling myself to have patience and trust…”

(Jordan Shaquille Hinton, Student, Mt. San Antonio College)

Iʻm not a real…biblical…chick, by any means.

Of course I will take from that work of writing the snippets of wisdom that ALL books thought to be Holy have contained within them. To me, it is just a textbook for learning through stories and myths, much like all the other Holy texts…there is wisdom in all written works. You just have to have a clue, an open mind, and sometimes having a dictionary handy is a good thing.

I have several.

Clues and Dictionaries.

So get a clue, humans – We are actually #OneMind.

Accept it.

Call it whatever you want to call it…we are part, all of us, a bigger consciousness…we are, each of us, loaning to this larger consciousness…

Card of the Day – Page of Pentacles – Sunday, November 25, 2018

tarotbycecelia's avatarTarot by Cecelia

Once every 12-1/2 months or so, Jupiter, the great benefic, the giver of gifts and good luck, changes signs. It is currently residing at home in Sagittarius, making it that much more powerful through December 2, 2019. Every year, shortly after changing signs, Jupiter meets up with the Sun, known otherwise as a conjunction. This aspect is in play today and tomorrow, and taking advantage of this energy on the leadup as it is building is a more powerful energy to harness. The Sun is the giver of life, bringing vitality to all it touches, showing favor to those upon whom it shines, and even increased potential for fun. So, what Jupiter does is expand what it touches, increasing the manifestation quotient many-fold.

Our Page of Pentacles today is absolutely perfect for this conjunction. This Page can help you with manifestation, especially in the financial realm, if need be. It…

Today’s Meditation Moment

Take a look at this meadow across the creek: that which preserves and enhances the meadow is good and that which opposes or negates the meadow is not good. Can you apply this life orientation to economic, political, educational, religious, etc., endeavors?

Imagine this: by experiencing lilies blooming in a meadow, we can remember to coordinate our meaning with the meaning of our surroundings; orient our children to the center of the universe so they can orient themselves to their own centers; give voice to the mysteries of existence; become universe-referent; celebrate the universe, and ultimately, join the symphony called to heal the planet.

BE THE CHANGE

Sit outside and look at the stars … find a meadow and listen for an afternoon … take an early morning walk in a park or on a path where you can experience nature. Be Present and Aware.

Card of the Day – Knight of Wands – Saturday, November 24, 2018

tarotbycecelia's avatarTarot by Cecelia

Here he comes, and there he goes! The Knight of Wands has a tendency to be all over the place at times. In an effort to effect his desired changes, he can become brash and cocky, a bit restless, and yes, rather scattered. The caution here for today is especially toward the scattered part; you are still under the influence of the Gemini Full Moon at , and the Moon is still residing there. Gemini energy is generally focused on more than one thing at a time, which can be great for multitasking, but, perhaps not so great, given that Gemini’s ruler, Mercury, is currently retrograde in the sign of its detriment.

Feeling like a bit of a gadabout may be unavoidable today, what with the holiday now in full swing, and all that. It becomes necessary for many to fit in extra errands, often foregoing the more mundane ones…

Oatstraw

Botanical Name: Avena sativa.

Other Common Names: Common oat, groats, herb oats, oatgrass, oats, wild oats.

Habitat: Oat straw grows in moderate temperatures such as Northern Europe. It grows well in dry wastelands, cultivated ground, and meadows alike. It is a hardy zone 2-type plant that can be grown in heavier soils although it normally prefers sandy or loamy soils. It requires good drainage but can grow in a high acid soil. It does require sun, and cannot grow in the shade. Oat straw tolerates drought well. Although it is widely distributed as a cereal crop it is just as often found in garden beds or planted to prevent soil erosion. The fruit, seeds, and straw are typically gathered in August.

Astrology || Trickster Black Friday

Tara Greene www.taratarot.com's avatarTara Greene,Tarot,Astrology,Psychic

November 23 the GEMINI Full Moon occurs in EDT and GMT

A Gemini/Sagittarius polarity mirroring show day. I know its Black Friday. Do be careful as Mercury is Retrograde its more of a Trickster Black Friday! You may have to return a lot of what you buy and sales may be final.

This such a typical GEMINI mirror image day with Moon in Gemini opposite Sagittarius SUN.

The aftermath of the turkey deluge in American for their Thanksgiving may be a war of words and politics as the Gemini Moon opposes Jupiter Sagittarius { and Pisces} ruler.

Its very hard to hold your tongue this year, if you thought these last two years of polarity and tongue lashing were strong. 2018-2019 will be bigger more boisterous heated and funny. Humour is always a great weapon.

The tongue-lashing battle continues between good cop/bad cop with feelings being held in and hurt…

Card of the Day – Judgement – Friday, November 23, 2018

tarotbycecelia's avatarTarot by Cecelia

How does this word make you feel today? Do you feel capable of sound judgment? Or, do you feel as though you are not quite certain what it is you should be doing? There can be some doubts attached to the decision-making process today, but do not beat yourself up over it. Give it about two more weeks.

Currently, Mercury is still retrograde and has been making some quirky aspects along the way just to throw a monkey wrench into things. Never fear, it will go direct on December 6. Right now, with Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius, Jupiter in Sagittarius only seems to be exacerbating the fog. Contributing to the fog is Neptune, stationing to go direct tomorrow, having been retrograde since June. You may feel that higher calling to something right now, but may not know just yet how to make it reality.

See you here tomorrow!
