You do not have to look too far to see someone trying to force their opinion on another. Today’s Page, being most definitely Mercurial, a/k/a chatty, but with this square, perhaps tending to be overly vocal in expressing one’s thoughts, no matter how trivial the subject. Try to use the curiosity aspect today to research the facts, before acting impetuously, perhaps alienating some you would not wish to alienate. This delicious pasta sauce recipe is so easy, it will be ready by the time your penne pasta is al dente!

There is an abundance of fresh tomatoes and basil this time of year in the San Francisco Bay Area – here is a quick and easy way to enjoy the abundance.

Caprese Pasta:
5 medium tomatoes, diced
½ small onion, finely diced
3 large cloves garlic
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
10-12 large basil leaves
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
½ cup pasta water **See note below**
Fresh mozzarella (optional)
Penne pasta

1. While your pasta water is boiling, chop your onions, tomatoes, basil and garlic. Drop your pasta when the water is boiling – don’t forget to salt the water!
2. Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add about a tablespoon of olive oil. When oil is hot, add onions. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add garlic. Cook about 30 seconds…

Typically, when we see the Queen of Pentacles show up, especially on a weekend, I am all about the Mom vibe. The Knight of Swords can be a rather impulsive lass, often rushing headlong into a situation without proper forethought, which can lead to consequences along the way. The spirit and bravery of this Knight is to be commended, even if oftentimes misguided. But, he is not always hasty.

Those of you out there who have already overcome so much adversity in your life will truly be able to appreciate this card today. When challenges arise, that veritable sh*tstorm, if you will, you are more than ready and capable to meet it headlong. Here it is again! The 8 of Swords holds the record for most appearances, I believe! However, in the last couple of weeks, both the cards and the energies present, have been pushing you to break out, whether it be a situation, or your comfort zone. As the day begins, you are still under the Aries Moon, where the Full Moon occurred, but it is void and will be moving into Taurus.

This is a card of feeling trapped, powerless, and not being able to see your way out of a situation. The answers exist, but it may require some thinking out of the box on your part.
