Buddhism | What Is Sunyata As It Relates To Samsara and Nirvana?

“Whatever can be conceptualized is therefore relative, and whatever is relative is Sunya, empty. Since absolute inconceivable truth is also Sunya, Sunyata or the void is shared by both Samsara and Nirvana. Ultimately, Nirvana truly realized is Samsara properly understood.”  — Nagarjuna

Morning Meditation | Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo:  Kundalini Meditation To Bless Yourself

Join us for this powerful Kundalini Yoga Meditation to Bless Yourself using the Mantra “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” ( I bow to the subtle Divine teacher within).

“It is the first human right and duty to bless the Self and to bless all.” — Yogi Bhajan.

Purifying oneself is an ancient technology. The indigenous people of the world have practiced some kind of purifying ceremonies for centuries. It enabled them to bless themselves and then tend to others healing.
It can be a challenge as teachers or students to bless ourselves first. But in order to be able to bless and pray effectively for others we must clear our own duality first.
How can we be a channel for the Infinite if we cannot clear ourselves first?
We must dig deep in order to clear our own shadows so that the light of consciousness can be ignited within us. We practice seeing The Divine in others, but most important is starting with ourselves.
It can be awkward for us to do this for ourselves. What were we taught as children? Is there a lack of self esteem that does not allow oneself to bless oneself?
It is good to remember that in blessing ourselves, we learn to bless everyone.

Spirituality | On Respect

Spirituality is unique and varies, to the individual Spirit on their own personal journey! This is why spirituality is NOT the same as religion. It has no set of rules; it has no set-in-stone beliefs to follow; and it gives you the freedom to explore yourself, as a person, as an individual soul!

The one thing it will, however, have in common with all of us – is that it wakes us up to all the ways we are connected to each other & all that surrounds us! Interconnection and oneness! And while is can take us down phases of depression & darkness; it is only so we may face our shadow selves & emerge stronger in the light of understanding, love, & inner peace! A lot of times spirituality does give us a sense of faith & beliefs – but those beliefs & personal journeys can be very personal & different!

So, letʻs always remember to embrace how beautiful it is for us to be different & unique! Being respectful, and knowing we can all accept one another & learn from each other – furthering our growth in the process! 💗💫💗
