The Ecstasy of Eternal Love, by Matt Kahn

Through the eyes of enlightenment, the highest form of the Divine exists in its most relative form. From this space, one doesn’t deny or negate waves in order to witness an ocean.  Instead, one honors the magnificence of the ocean throughout the activity of each passing wave. When each person in your sphere of reality can be honored as expressions of the Absolute, no matter how they act or appear, it is the Absolute that has dawned in you. You certainly don’t have to like how others behave, or ever keep yourself in toxic environments of abuse for any reason. And yet, whether relationships are meant to come together or be pulled apart, it doesn’t have to distort your view of reality as the Absolute truth of eternal love. People may not always be loving, but underneath it all, just as the ocean moves each wave forward, it is the ecstasy of eternal love carrying you along from start to finish.

Meditation: The Gayatri Mantra, with Deva Premal and Miten

OM Bhûr Bhuvah Svah

Tat Savitur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dhîmahi
Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat
Pranaam. Gayatri Mantra is in honour of Sun. Written in Rigaved, Originally called ‘ Savitr’ Mantr, Savitr is Sanskrit name for Sun. How the name became Gayatri Mantra is not known. Perhaps because it has a 24 Syllables structure (Sanskrit/Vedic grammar calls such hymns – gayatri). Literal meaning:
Om (The life word or the cosmic sound, should emanate from Navel)

Bhur-one who has given life, Bhuvah-one who destroys sorrow

Swaha – brings joy

Tat- that

Savitur – glorious like sun

varenyam – the best (incomparable)

Bhargo – hindi meaning “uddhaar karne wala” closest english ‘ leads to salvation’

devasya – hey prabhu

dhimahi – worthy of self introspection (atma-chintan, or look inwards towards soul)

dhiyo yo nah prachodayat – “O life giving, sorrow remover, who gives joy and happiness, there is no one like whom, who provides salvation to the soul, pray give us strength, intellect and ability to look into our own soul”
As with most of Sanskrit text more than one meaning can be assigned due to the nature of sanskrit grammar. Also many things are difficult to translate exactly in english from Hindi or sankrit, However, In matters of love and devotion, meaning is always secondary, what matters is “bhav” or the feeling generated within self. Feeling, compassion is the Core in Bhakti (Bhakti-Bhav).

Meditation: Feel The Inner Presence, by Osho

staring-candles

This technique is based on inner sensitivity. First grow in sensitivity. Just close your doors, make the room dark, and light a small candle. Sit near the candle with a very loving attitude – rather, with a prayerful attitude…. Take a bath, throw cold water on your eyes, then sit in a very prayerful mood before the candle. Look at it and forget everything else. Just look at the small candle – the flame and the candle. Go on looking at it. After five minutes you will feel that many things are changing in the candle. They are not changing in the candle, remember; your eyes are changing.

With a loving attitude, with the whole world closed out, with total concentration, with a feeling heart, just go on looking at the candle and the flame. Then you will discover new colors around the flame, new shades which you were never aware were there. They are there; the whole rainbow is there. Wherever light is, the rainbow is there because light is all color. You need a subtle sensitivity. Just feel it and go on looking at it. Even if tears start flowing, go on looking at it. Those tears will help your eyes to be more fresh….

Sensitivity must grow. Your every sense must become more alive. Then you can experiment with this technique.

Feel the cosmos as a translucent ever-living presence.

Everywhere light is – in many, many shapes, forms, light is happening everywhere. Look at it! And everywhere light is because the whole phenomenon is based on the foundation of light. Look at a leaf or a flower or a rock, and sooner or later you will feel rays coming out of it. Just wait patiently. Don’t be in a hurry because nothing is revealed when you are in a hurry. In a hurry you are dull.

Wait silently with anything, and you will discover a new phenomenon which was always there, but of which you were not alert – not aware of it…. Your mind will become completely silent as you feel the presence of the ever-living existence. You will be just a part in it, just a note in the great symphony. No burden, no tension…the drop has fallen into the ocean. But great imagination will be needed in the beginning, and the sensitivity training will be helpful….

All these techniques also change your body chemistry. If you feel the whole world as filled with life, light, then you are changing your body chemistry. And this is a chain reaction. When your body chemistry changes, you can look at the world and it will look more alive. And if it looks more alive, your body chemistry will change again, and then it becomes a chain.

Spirituality:  Archaeologists discover tomb of ancient man in India who had achieved mukthi | Ancient Origins

A group of Indian archaeologists have discovered the ancient remains of an individual whose tomb contained a marking indicating he may have achieved the state of ‘mukthi’, a belief observed by a number of eastern religious traditions, including Hinduism and Buddhism, in which the individual achieves liberation from the body. The term derives from an ancient Sanskrit word meaning ‘liberation without the body’ and refers to ‘moksha’, a state of liberation achieved after death, according to Hindu belief.

Affirming Meditation – You’re Always Where You’re Meant to Be, by Matt Kahn

cropped-crystals.jpg

While you have the freedom to choose the quality of your experiences by how you respond to circumstances and how such orchestrations are viewed, inevitably, everything always plays out the way it is meant to be. Your choices always matter, but they cannot become the most powerful, courageous, noble, and inspired decisions you are here to make with any degree of pressure on you. You are always exactly where you need to be, doing precisely the things that need to be done, in order for you to become who you’re destined to be. Even when you cannot seem to act upon the options you know you’re meant to embrace, circumstances tend to repeat to build up a momentum of consciousness until a tipping point is reached. Once a tipping point occurs, you cannot help but make bold and inspired choices from your newly-expanded consciousness. This is the inevitability of your highest evolution that does not require you to punish or exhaust yourself in the name of spiritual growth. All is well, sweet angel. All is well.

Meditation Breathing: Lokahi (Harmony) – The Breath of HA

aloha-patience

TECHNIQUE:
This is my 4-count breathing exercise, which I perform after each of my radio shows. You see, there is method to my madness! There are 4 stages of 4 counts each:

1 – inhale, to the count of 4
2 – hold for 4 counts
3 – begin exhale, to the count of 4, and
4 – continue exhaling for 4 more counts

Perform in multiples of 3: 3, 6, 9, 12, 27, etc.

VISUALIZATION:
“Breath of Ha” – Life Force Mana – The Anatomy of the human body is comprised of five layers or coverings of the soul. These are layers of the body that vibrate at different electromagnetic energy frequencies, with the gross/physical layer carrying the smallest electrical charge and vibrating slowest. The layers gradually increase in size: the larger layers permeate the smaller ones, with the “bliss” layer carrying the largest (but most subtle) electrical charge of the highest vibration. The practice of lapa’au wisdom; Lokahi Breath of Ha Meditation and deep Breath of Ha Therapy involves all five layers of the individual’s soul. Observe and note that these layers of the soul are not the soul per se, but rather pertain to the eight energies and aspects of nature that spark life: the Five Elements (earth, air, fire, water, metal), mind, intellect and ego. The word “Ha,” also represents the number 8 (which is also the infinity symbol).

GOAL:
Repattern brain waves to Theta frequency, thus opening your Third Eye and enlarging your clairsentient experiences. Development of awareness that these five layers of the soul must vibrate equally and act to bring the soul into balance whenever necessary to create Lokahi (Harmony) in daily life and be Pono (in balance within physical/emotional/spiritual selves). Thus, practicing Lokahi Breath of Ha meditations and Breath of Ha Therapy can be rewarding and bring peace into a person’s life. With sincere focus and practice of these meditations and breathing skills, the mind gradually becomes awakened, enlightened and keenly aware. Thus, being in harmony with the environment allows a person to be Pono, that is, to be centered, achieve balance, within oneself; to be filled with harmony, happiness, peace and feel at ease in any situation. With Mana’o (mind) and Pu’uwai (emotions) under peaceful balanced control by Na’au (body) and ‘Uhane (spirit), a person can learn to appreciate her Na Keiki (inner children) and thereby reach states of higher consciousness.

Meditation:  Live At A Higher Level of Vibration | Lanakila

lana-feb2017Living and working froma higher level of vibration allows you to connect and create with the Universe. At the low levels of vibration all effort is directed to the physical. Our actions are focused on only what we can see and touch. But, as we learn to remove blockages and negativity, we begin to raise our awareness of possibilities. This can lead to tremendous power.

Spirituality: Night of Devotion – February 25, 2017

shiva-dance-city

FOR THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25, 2017:
MAHA SHIVARATRI – “THE GREAT NIGHT OF SHIVA”
NIGHT OF DEVOTION

Tonight marks a very special night in honour of the consciousness field of Shiva, this is called Maha Shivaratri and literally, means “The Great Night of Shiva”. Traditionally Shiva is one of the three most influential Gods of contemporary Hinduism. Known as the “Transformer” Shiva is revered as a supreme being who creates, protects and transforms the universe.
The Sanskrit etymology of Śiva (Shiva) translates into Śi “in whom all things lie” and va which means the “embodiment of grace”. This has been refined to further translate as the “auspicious one”. At the highest level, Shiva consciousness is regarded as formless, limitless, transcendent and the unchanging absolute true self.
Due to the planetary alignment and transitional point of the Moon being in its 13th/14th waxing phase, tonight Saturday the 25th of February, there is a portal opening and a veil lifting from our dimensions. Generally, the Moons magnetic field controls the physical bodies cellular waters and the ocean tides which in turn controls emotions and thought patterns of the collective’s consciousness.
This particular day is where the collectives mind control will be disabled from the Moons magnetics, and the veil between dimensions will be lifted. This basically means this is a night where spiritual sovereignty and illumination is a higher chance of being embodied because the whole universal positioning for our planet is supporting this timeline.
Also, it has been said by the ancient Rishis this is the one night of the year where Shiva is said to do his Cosmic Dance of Bliss. This is to assist humanity overcoming their karmic ignorance and be transcended into the state of supreme bliss by awakening to one’s true self.

Devotion isn’t a worship model of externalising one’s own divinity towards a separate deity; it is actually leaping into the void of creation, to lie forever in the lap of the divine and be bathed in the supreme bliss of eternal love.
For Today’s Maha Shivaratri, we will be spending the day in meditation and this evening in sacred ceremony, to support this planetary alignment for all sentient life to dance above their shadows of ignorance into the heavenly realms of Supreme bliss.  Please feel free to join in via the planetary crystalline grid and share the wave of this monumental energy.

that the wise would later censure.

Metaphysics:  How Walking In Nature Changes The Brain – Collective Evolution

This may seem obvious to some, since the feeling we get from going for a walk through a park or forest, going camping, or just getting out of the city in general is so refreshing and generally very relaxing. But new research is proving just how important getting out of the city and into nature can be for our mental and physical well-being.

The majority of people in the Western world live in busy, congested cities. Many of us have been completely cut off from nature in our day-to-day lives, especially compared to the generations before us. There have been many studies showing that city dwellers are much more likely to suffer from depression and other forms of anxiety […]
