This is a very interesting subject, and one that I’ve been researching on and off for several years: the true patterns of sleep. many many people right now are finding their perceived “normal” sleep patterns changing- Very tired in the evening, then feeling wide awake 11pm-3am and then finally able to sleep soundly after 3am…. which makes me wonder if this really is the “natural” way that we sleep. We know that the Industrial Revolution forced people into changing their natural sleep patterns. Has our modern work lifestyle and socialization had pushed us even farther astray?
