nirupatāpa — the untroubled, or that which is without vexation
Na paro paraṃ nikubbetha
nātimaññetha katthaci na kañci,
byārosanā paṭighasaññā
nāññamaññassa dukkhamiccheyya.
Let no one deceive another
or despise anyone anywhere,
or through anger or irritation
wish for another to suffer.
