This Blue Moon occurs as the second Full Moon in Aquarius since the Full Moon in July was also in Aquarius. The July Full Moon occurred in the first degree of the sign which gives us a surge of new energy and a sense of movement and beginnings. Now, in the last degree is a call to action and sense of completion of that which has started, especially since this a culmination being a Full Moon.

Aquarius is the 11th sign (I love 11) and this is truly a sign of groundbreaking and new earth thinking, innovation and the future. It also holds the Uranian energy of sudden movement and change, disruption and the collective. It is the sign before watery Pisces which is oneness, unconditional love and collective awakening. So Aquarius is a crucial step in humanity to move forward in mind and soul. We have to do the work of this 11 house before we can upgrade to the state of complete oneness, non-duality and total devotion and unconditional service. This means that we need to align with the collective consciousness, bring awareness and understanding to that which is happening in the whole, to bring it all together and forward.

The work we do within will help shift that which is without. Since this is the sign that is associated with air and the mental energy, now is a good time to slow down through meditation and open up to receive upgrades and downloads.
