“No one can know you more than you, so the idea is they don’t get to judge you even if they attempt to. They can’t judge you, it’s not possible for them to actually judge you because they have nothing to do with the experience of your life. It’s your life. You are a unique reality. Even if they attempt to judge you, you will understand that if they are doing so, it’s a projection onto you of issues within themselves that they themselves are afraid to face, so they’re the ones in greater fear than you. See them that way, anyone who judges you, you can simply compassionately recognize is struggling with a greater fear than you have or they wouldn’t project that judgement onto you because they are afraid of looking within for fear that they themselves are unworthy. Do you think you can begin to look at others that way if they judge you?”

The genus Salvia contains a staggering range of species suitable for every garden use under the sun—and in the shade. But for cooking, none can rival common garden sage (Salvia officinalis) and its cultivars. Sage has long been valued for its contributions to the cook’s palette of flavors. Its robust piney aroma and earthy flavor complement many ingredients. Sage is also an attractive garden plant, particularly in its fancy-leaved forms. Plus, it prospers under a wide range of conditions and adds striking bold texture to mixed plantings.

A depiction of the Dark Night of the Soul: Ce Que Je Suis by angelitonegro on Deviant Art

With so many of us feeling a bit hopeless these days, I am reposting this small essay on the Dark Night of the Soul.

I read a short blog post the other day that made me sad…and sympathetic. It was by a young woman who felt she had lost the mystery of her Pagan path. The power of the rites had flown. She doubted. Her anguish was palpable in what she wrote.

Thismay have been the first time thathad happened to her.

Yet I can guarantee that, if we follow any spiritual path for a sufficient length of time, this same thing will happen to each of us. At some point, the mystery dries up. The excitement dies down. The thrill of discovery is not asthrillingas it once was. Usually, this doesn’t happen…

What does a celebrity chef do after he’s helped others launch and promote countless restaurants? He takes his own new concept to the place he’s from – the streets! CPM caught up with Chef Hesse to see what’s been cookin’.

“I’m currently having a food truck built out. It’s going to offer artisanal style, gourmet grilled cheese.” Chef calls his new creation Fo’ Cheezy Twisted Meltz. “It’s not yo momma’s grilled cheese. I’m going to make chef aggressive melts that mash up different cultures and flavors.” And, with crazy melts like the Cuban War Pig, the Mac Daddy Roll, Buffalo Mother Clucker and The Lick Back, we know it’s going to be off the hook. “Originally I’d planned on a brick and mortar restaurant with a different name but I wanted my food to be more accessible to people. I want the guy who’s never tasted duck to try…

In Observance of America’s Day of Independence – July 4, 2019

May we think of freedom, not as the right to do as we please, but as the opportunity to do what is right.
— Peter Marshall

Don’t forget what made America one of the greatest and most tolerant places on earth.

America was no accident.  Did you know that it was born under a secret Masonic constellation called “MERICA” and gets it name from “Amaruca” or “Land of the Plumèd Serpent”. It was the product of a Great Plan for religious liberty and self-governance, launched by a hidden order of ancient philosophers and secret societies that goes back to Egypt. The ideals of the American people were born from the law and language that came out of the Renaissance period.

The spirit of the American people includes the Native Americans who have been the custodians of these great lands since the end of the last ice age. There have many hardships, innovations and challenges along the way, but today we celebrate the likes of Walt Disney, Martin Luther King, our favorite Hollywood movies, The iPhone, and dreams of a brighter tomorrow.

In Manly P. Hall’s book, The Secret Destiny of America, he describes a rousing speech delivered by a mysterious “unknown speaker” before the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The “strange man,” wrote Hall, invisibly entered and exited the locked doors of the statehouse in Philadelphia on July 4, 1776, delivering an oration that bolstered the wavering spirits of the delegates.

“God has given America to be free!” commanded the mysterious speaker, urging the men to overcome their fears of being hanged or beheaded, and to seal destiny by signing the great document. Newly emboldened, the delegates rushed forward to add their names. They looked to thank the stranger only to discover that he had vanished from the locked room. Was this, Hall wondered, “one of the agents of the secret Order, guarding and directing the destiny of America?”

Or, perhaps, was it an angel or an ET?  Either way, we should all be grateful for the geniuses that signed and wrote the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

These great documents gave us such principles as Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. God bless America!

July 2019 Energy Update: Surfing the Extremes – Lee Harris

Those of you who have followed my updates for a while may have heard me speak about how the times of the extremes are definitely upon us. Extreme speed, extreme transformation and extreme happenings in our lives. And as we go through July and August, that unexpected and that extreme energy is going to come into very sharp focus – for individuals and for us as a collective.

As I was tuning in on what are the specific messages for July, I was given three things:

– Alignment and Rejection

– Elevation and Depletion

– Realization and Reflection

Have a great month everyone!

Big love, Lee x
