Seeds For Meditation … Expression

flowers_lotus 10

It will not be of benefit to isolate and confine the aspects of your true self. As you release and trust to what you find as are joyous, sensual and stimulating. By combining these components you will bring others together and accomplish great things . . . together. Identify your community. Seek who is it in your tribe of fellows that will join or follow you on the good road to completion and compassion. Once found, inspire their movement, point out their talents, and be supportive. Such combining and nurturing will create a link of minds and hearts that can achieve and bring into reality what is needed for the betterment of yourself, and the world around you, as we move with enhanced understanding and acceptance toward the greater good. Trying to go it alone at this point would be an error, and would only produce a minuscule part of the greater whole that awaits you.

It is the penetration into your own resistance that will reveal many of life’s mysteries, which will be shown to you and will be surprisingly clear and simple to understand. In doing this, you will be able to reach inside and move past the old, tired programming of ego, birth family, school, church and state that would hinder you with guilt, shame, and blame. If you allow it to, this can be a turnaround time in your basic psychology and physiology. The elixir for you in these times will come from the sharing of joy through excitement about what is in your view and what lies ahead.

Yoga ~ Vinyasa Flow ~ Detoxifying Sequence (60 mins.)

One of Blisstree.com’s all-time favorite workouts!

Yoga is a very relaxing and detoxifying process that you make you feel your best. When you detox the right way it can be the most rewarding experience ever, are you detoxing the right way?

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that denotes a variety of schools, practices, and schools of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Yoga has dated back pre-Vedic Indian tradition, but it most likely developed around the 5th and 6th centuries. Yoga became popular as a system of physical exercise in the 1980’s.

Yoga physiology describes humans as 3 bodies (physical, subtle, and causal) and 5 sheets (food sheet, pranabreath, mind sheet, intellect and bliss) which covers the energy flowing through the energy channels and concentrated chakras.

This video lasts about one hour and consists of the vinyasa flow that focuses on twists that detoxifies the body and clears anything that is not useful to the body. The video starts with two rounds of kapalbhati which translates to the breath of fire.  So, start this video and begin your detoxification process.

The Dhammapada: The Buddha’s Path of Wisdom,

I Ching For The Week of December 29, 2014

#61 ~ Zhong Fu ~ The Comforting Center
#61 ~ Zhong Fu ~ The Comforting Center

#61 – Zhong Fu – The Conforming Center

Above: Sun — Root, Foundation, inspiration
Below: Dui — Open, Free, unhindered

The Wisdom:

Inner truth is your beacon.
Like the wind it
Guides you, through
Inspiration, to tranquility
And abundance.

Your connection to Spirit is made solid

The wind is unseen as it stirs the waters of your heart and soul. Invisible forces are at work to bring you abundance, health, and success. This is a very favorable time. Your situation has in some cases seemed untenable. You have tried to influence others with words and common sense, and it hasn’t worked. You have perceived your situation incorrectly. Examine your truth, your inner wisdom. Hear the calling birds song … hear it with you open heart. Love is a sweet song

Though it appears that associates, old stale influences of family, church and state or your relationships may be blocking your progress, they will soon be moved toward your favor. This is assured. In the teaching offered by this hexagram, this can be achieved gently and without words. It will be done by means of the invisible forces of gentleness, compassion, kindness and joyfulness. Look for and embrace your passion be it for the clover in the field or for the love that is yours to embrace.

Your heart knows the truth.
Limit your words;
They have no effect.
Your actions and thoughts
Are benefits of all and for the greater good.

To correctly have influence over others, you must walk a mile in their moccasins. This will allow you to know their position and their thoughts. With this knowing you can access your intuition, which will counsel you on correct thoughts and actions. This is the way: The way of compassion
At this time move forward with no prejudice or hidden agenda. This will create openness, which is the wordless, gentle joy of which this hexagram speaks.

Thoughts have great influence.
Correct thoughts free of prejudice
Bring a bountiful outcome.
Negative thoughts will undo
The good you have accomplished.
Change your way of thinking.
No Blame, no guilt, no shame
Only change.

Exerting influence can be a tricky business. Thoughts and actions that attempt to manipulate or gain power over others leave nothing but hate and animosity in their tracks and will not achieve your goals. Look to your motives in exerting influence. When you are confident that you are coming from your highest good, for the good of all, you will find that your influence, though apparently invisible, is as powerful as the wind that stirs the waters.

You stand on the brink of success and release from bondage, and are now challenged as never before. It is not that you have done anything incorrectly; far from it: it is rather a law of the universe that we are challenged to rise to our greatest good.

The teaching in this hexagram says to go inward and begin the task of gentle self-correction. Where it may be easy to control the words you say, it is more difficult to shift your thoughts so that they are without prejudice, divisiveness, retaliation, or anger.

There are times when you must move stubborn or obstinate people, whether in your work or in your personal lives, toward the greater good. Such an approach must be well considered. Be gentle, with no judgment or preconceived notions. Try to understand where they are coming from and then adjust your thoughts, not your words, toward a more beneficial outcome for all involved. In this way influence is directed by compassion.

Having compassion for those who are slowing or blocking progress leads us to a deeper understanding of others and ultimately ourselves.

Outwardly, communicate directly and be honest and sincere. Inwardly, correct any negative or judgmental thoughts. This will release your untapped life force, or prana, which in turn will have a profound beneficial effect on your relationships, your health, and your business, these actions will deepen your spiritual journey—all toward the greater good.

It is well documented that we can heal many illnesses through right thought and meditation. You can apply this truth to your present situation. You are the healer. Look to the words that come to you; discard the negative ones and replace them with right action and compassionate thoughts, which will influence all aspects of the self to move toward a higher, more compassionate understanding. In this way you will change the situation; it will move toward the highest, most beneficial good for all.

You will not gain the trust of others until you trust yourself. This hexagram gives us a teaching on how to gain the kind of trust that comes from knowing your inner truth. Consciously look to your highest good. To be loved, you must love yourself. To be heard, you must hear yourself. To correct a situation, you must correct yourself and your inner thoughts.

Open your heart and let yourself be loved

The outcome of this process is rich, but the process itself is even richer. At this time, this process is not about choice: it is about necessity. Love, compassion, and knowing your inner truth are necessary to bring about the grand success that awaits you.

This week be the gentle wind and feel the strength of Gaia, the earth, as she beckons you home. Do not talk of love, be love. Do less, be more.

You are the sentient being at the center of your world, you embrace the frequency called God, yet have seen it as outside yourself. Know well it is in a part of you. Make the choice to know yourself with out judgment or fear. Choose to step silently into that frequency. As you do all is possible, all is in the correct place and you are in the right place at the right time. Not too early nor late. By understanding and excepting who you truly are this frequency of Universal love and light will be your wing man.

All men are your brothers; all women are your sisters.
Be love and teach peace … you are magnificent.
Without embarrassment or judgment say now out loud, “I am Magnificent.”

This writer sends you love.

GUAI
#43 — Guai — Deciding/Parting

Above:   Dui  —   Responsive, free, penetration
Below:   Qian/Gan  —  Enduring Spirit power

The Wisdom:

Breakthrough;
No compromise.
As you part from the past
You are in a time of creative transformation.

Your struggle against negativity is ending, and you and your projects are now favored. Resist the temptation to take the path of retribution to what or who has been getting in the way of completion or joy, all the while remembering that guides and teachers often come in strange disguises, shapes, and forms. Though it may feel satisfying in the short term to strike out with words or actions against who or what has been holding back your progress, know that what you do now and how you behave is setting the pattern for your personal and our collective future. If you were to respond with spite or negativity, this would reinforce an old pattern pattern that would once again take you to the very same of darkness that has been the obstacle that has been rooted in doubt and frustration.

The decision to part from the past must be resolute, with no doubts and no compromise. You must shift frequencies. If there are a few bad cells left behind after a cancer has been excised, the cancer will come back and secretly grow with the vengeance of a defeated enemy that has found strength in retreat and kill you, your spirit and obliterate your mission.

This is the time to speak from your heart to your tribe and loved ones, letting them know in no uncertain terms that you have decided that you will no longer allow any obstacles to block the way toward the greater good—for you, for the ones you care for and love, and for all of us. Take the role of service to this ideal as a Samurai warrior defending the enlightened master; in this case the master is you. State your intention and then calmly and dispassionately act on it. Write your intention on a piece of paper and keep it in your pocket, take it out read it often during your day. State it upon arising, state it as you prepare to sleep. By speaking out, you will be garnering strength from the universe and from Spirit. By speaking your truth, the laws of attraction say you will become the attractor. Spirit will be pleased at your resoluteness in this situation, and this signaling will bring immense, clarifying energy to you.

Speak and demonstrate in your relationships that you have decided to overcome all obstacles that do not allow love and harmony to flourish. With the intention to love with an open heart, you will find great strength; this will allow you to love and be loved without the restrictions of ego, judgment or jealousy. This will also eviscerate any notions that you are not good enough or deserving of the love you envision and deserve. With calmness and clear direction, make your plans and execute them. That is what is called for now by the arrival of this hexagram.

The planet is in a mode of great change; more energy for transmutation is available than ever before. If you were to act from ego and attempt to use this energy blast to assume control or bring injustice or harm to another, this harm would come back to you to a mathematical power that will be destructive. It will poison the well and wreak harm to yourself for sure, but you would also do harm to the delicate flowering of a new age that is opening before us. We are moving toward a golden age of the highest and brightest potential humans have ever known. Our individual thoughts and actions are now magnified and reverberate throughout the global cosmic matrix that is being activated at this time. Listen to and read the astrologers at this time and you will see the planetary alignments are telling us this, now.

You can dance in the dark no longer, nor can you form secret pacts with yourself or others to promote or be of service to greed or personal gain. If you do make a decision or choice in this direction, it will backfire on you, and all that you have manifested thus far will be tainted and toxic; you will be made powerless. At this time, negative actions will reverberate through a lifetime—this lifetime and future ones; that is how powerful these times and these energies are. So be cautious and stay awake!

With this breakthrough, you now have renewed strength and a window of opportunity to set things straight, whether in business, love, or on your personal path of spiritual evolution. The way you handle this arriving success and the abundance it brings will set the tone for the future. This is a time to express your resolve and manifest your greatest strength, which is your compassion, kindness, and generosity.

Stand firm now and act decisively; you have the strength to make battles short and focused. Keep your emotions out of it. Know that any retribution will weaken you and rob you of your ability to enjoy and sustain your success. Stay out of others’ business and don’t fall to the level of gossip or disrespect in your triumphs. Do not disparage your opponents in their defeat. Forgive them; they know not what they do. And fully and most importantly, forgive yourself for any part you may have played in the negative actions of the past. In this way you truly leave the past behind.

Be dignified and compassionate as you do the work to leave old, negative habits and patterns behind. It is with these actions that you will rise to new heights of self-love and self-respect. From that pinnacle you will find and attract love and abundance in ways you have desired and have previously held only in your imagination. This is a time of creative transformation, and with intention from your loving heart you will manifest in calmness and with grace. In this way your transformation will, in itself, be without effort.

Take note that Guai comes with a caveat: even in times of enlightenment, darkness, in the form of the ego’s desire for control hides just around the corner to tempt you; don’t go for it! As you move forward, do not compromise your beliefs. This would disempower you on your journey toward the resurrection and building of your dreams and plans that previously may have hit a wall of obstruction. The benefit now is to intone to the Spirit Helpers what your dreams are….if you don’t have a dream, how will you have a dream come true

Your intuitive forces are now in their most available light and can be accessed and trusted, as it is you and only you that can bring about the global change we are all envisioning. Speak openly of a new paradigm. Take these coming days to celebrate life and the shift of the ages that is happening now. Do consider being of service now—find joy in serving others with whatever you have at hand. In this way you can lift your tribe up into the light you are seeing and feeling now. By empowering others, you are, with pure intention, empowering yourself.

Be of love these days. Smile to others at work, in your community, in class, on the street, as you drive past them on life’s highway, the highway of love and of a life well lived.

Be love, teach peach,

Make Christmas you personal resurrection and
make love, not war !

Peace and blessings,

BobbyK
