Energy Update || All For Love, by Matt Khan

The month of March always represents an auspicious level of initiation for the evolving heart-centered seeker. Using numerology as a guide, March contains a period of activation beginning on 3/12 all the way through 3/21. Each date adds up to 3 on both sides representing the master builder angel number 33. This indicates a month of crucial activations that create building blocks for the embodiment of higher vibrational realities. While such higher realities are revered for the inspiration, elation, harmony, and joy they represent, often times, such frequencies can offer a bit of a challenge as they move into your field. The fact that 2019 adds up to the prime number 3, allows the period between 3/12 to 3/21 to represent a radical period of growth and expansion, particularly in the activation of crystalline DNA. Such DNA gets activated when the light of your consciousness is ready to be fully aware of itself in physical form.
As strands of crystalline DNA get activated through this period of rapid growth and expansion, it transmutes out of your field the outdated 3D carbon-based DNA that has maintained identity with material realities at the exclusion of your soul. Because you have spent the majority of your Earthly life identified with patterns rooted in carbon-based DNA, such layers of transmutation can manifest as fatigue, exhaustion, extreme sensitivities to sound, reactiveness to the ego patterns of others, feeling displaced, scattered, unable to find your center, or focus. I refer to this process of transmuting carbon-based DNA as the phenomenon of cellular purge. During these moments of energetic and existential upheaval, it is crucial to stay hydrated and grounded in present moment awareness.
While next month ushers us into the April showers of renewed creativity, drive, passion, and determination, March urges you to honor the significance of your evolving Mastery by keeping your life as simple as possible. As crystalline DNA gets activated, you may find yourself feeling mentally empty, expanded, or buzzing from a natural high. If identified with mind, the mental emptiness may be perceived as brain fog. As expansion occurs, you are dwelling in the body while perceiving from the outer layers of your energy field. Often times, there is an orientation period where we learn to function as human beings under the heightened levels of awareness many have only accessed during lucid dreaming or deep meditative states. Because these expanded states are rooted in the beingness of light, it can trick your brain into not knowing how to “do” or accomplish tasks when feeling so relaxed, elated, and altered. The key is moving slowly to allow being and doing to unite as one embodied expression of consciousness in action.
This union of being and doing, which highlights the synthesis of crystalline DNA in human form, means you are able to function, but the littlest things may exhaust you, as you adjust to life at a higher altitude of consciousness. Please be kind to yourself and patient with others, as we each develop the endurance to be and do simultaneously, instead of oscillating between being and doing as two opposing states.
The key to this climate of masterful growth and expansion is integration.
This is precisely why I was inspired by the Universe to create the Total Integration Program — to help heart-centered empaths and energetically sensitive souls, such as yourself, adjust to the new 5D reality on a mental, emotional, and energetic level as directly and gracefully as possible. As you are ushered into life in a 5D timeline, more of the outdated 3D imprinting and overlays known as ancestral and familial conditioning continue to drop away and return to Source. Instead of focusing on trying to clear away such conditioning, it is more essential to abide by the laws of 5D consciousness by getting to know life in expanded states of consciousness, so to allow what no longer serves you to dissolve on its own accord. By taking this more integrated approach, you invite the forces of light to work on your behalf to resolve each layer of density.
May this month of 333 activations bring to light more of your spiritual mastery, allowing you to receive the extraordinary gift of perceiving your beauty, uniqueness, and perfection from the perspective of Universal truth. There is so much more to you than meets the eye and now is the time to begin seeing yourself as you truly are. Even as Mercury Retrograde adds another layer of technical glitches and unforeseen setbacks to the depth of masterful evolution occurring this month, it pales in comparison to the infinite power making its presence known as a light waking up within you that cannot play small for even one moment longer.
All For Love,

Card of the Day – Knight of Cups – Sunday, March 24, 2019

This is one of those cards for which everyone waits. The Knight of Cups brings the promise of romance, but I am not known for saying this to be the case. It is not to say love is not out there, however, it is important to note, that this guy is a bit of a fanciful daydreamer, and has a tendency to be lost in his own thoughts and illusions, a very Piscean type of fellow, if you will. So, while he may be out there, he may also be distracted and on an entirely different path, which is currently not showing an intersection with yours.
So, what about all of this Piscean energy, well, thank goodness the Sun has moved into Aries, but you may be hard-pressed to notice the difference. Today’s Scorpio Moon can work well with the Aries Sun for some action and truth, but it is…

Warmest greetings and a Happy Aloha Sunday, everyone. Peace be with you.
Nā Mōʻolēlo | The story of Aliʻi Kaʻiana

Standing six foot two, the muscular, handsome, and charismatic aliʻi Kaʻiana has been described as “surely the most famous Hawaiian in the world when he was killed in the battle of Nuʻuanu in 1795.”* He had traveled to China, the Philippines, and the northwest coast of North America. His travels were chronicled in subsequent books and tales, so his fame spread wide. He was even said to have worn his malo and ʻahuʻula while striding through the streets of Canton/Guanzhou with his ihe in hand. Stories such as these ensured he was the person many foreign voyagers had heard of and would seek out when they came to Hawaiʻi.
Kaʻiana was a Kauaʻi chief, but when his ship returned to Hawaiʻi, he heard that Kaʻeo, the chief of Kauaʻi, bore him ill will, so he went on to Hāna and then Kealakekua. When he returned to Hawaiʻi Island, he was welcomed by Kamehameha upon a fleet of twelve canoes. He became a great favorite of Kamehameha’s, and even led the famed Mahi battalion for a time.
As Kamehameha and his forces sailed to Oʻahu for what would become the Battle of Nuʻuanu, Kaʻiana found himself shut out from Kamehameha’s war council. Accounts vary as to why this took place, from the chiefs merely disagreeing with Kaʻiana’s strategies to Kamehameha’s jealousy over the handsome Kaʻiana’s interactions with Kaʻahumanu.
What the sources, Hawaiian-language and English agree upon, is that Kaʻiana then decided to switch sides and join up with Kalanikūpule of Oʻahu. When he told his wife Kekupuohi what he planned, she tearfully told him that she would remain loyal to Kamehameha, and they parted ways.
Here is the account of his death from the August 24, 1906 issue of the Hawaiian-language newspaper Ka Naʻi Aupuni, followed by a rough translation:
Ua hū aʻela nā pūʻali kaua o Hawaiʻi a me ko Oʻahu nei; me he mea lā ʻo ka hora 9 paha ia o ka lā i hoʻouka ʻia ai ke kaua kaulana ʻo Nuʻuanu. I loko o kēia neʻe ʻana o ke kaua kī pū ma waena o ka papa koa o Kaʻiana a me nā aliʻi wahine o Hawaiʻi, he mau anana wale nō ke kaʻawale ma waena o Kaʻiana a me kāna wahine, ʻo Kekupuohi, e hāʻawi ana i kona ikaika a pau a me ka ʻeleu nui nō hoʻi a me ke koa wiwo ʻole ma ka ʻaoʻao o Kamehameha, kona haku a ʻo kona aliʻi hoʻi i pili ai kona mau iwi no ke ola a no ka make piha.
Ia wā, ua kū akula ʻo Kaʻiana ʻekolu pōkā ma kona umauma. A me ka wiwo ʻole a me ka makaʻu ʻole nō hoʻi, ua holo maila ʻo ia i mua a hopu lima maoli maila ʻo ia i ka pū a Kuhimana. A ma ia wā ua kī akula ʻo Kalino i kāna pū a kū akula ʻo Kaʻiana ma ka ʻūhā hema (?), a hina ihola ua ʻalihi kaua nui nei o Kalanikūpule. Eia naʻe ʻaʻole ʻo ia i make.
I kēlā wā i ka ʻike ʻana ʻo Kekupuohi, ua hina ihola ʻo ia a hāpai aʻela i ke poʻo o ke kāne; a me nā waimaka e hiolo ana ma kona mau pāpālina, honi ihola ʻo ia (Kekupuohi) i ka ihu o ke kāne. A ʻo ka manawa ia i lele loa aʻe ai ke aho o Kaʻiana, ʻoiai e waiho ana kona poʻo i luna o nā ʻūhā o kāna wahine.
[‘The forces of Hawaiʻi and Oʻahu swelled forth; this was perhaps around 9 o’clock on the day that the famous battle of Nuʻuanu commenced. The battle began with the two sides exchanging volleys of cannon‑ and musket‑fire. And within this clash of gunfire, the skill of Kamehameha’s forces greatly surpassed that of Kalanikūpule’s soldiers, meaning that there were many more casualties among Oʻahu’s people. The aliʻi women of Hawaiʻi were arrayed on the battlefield with their rifles, unerringly firing their bullets into Kalanikūpule’s forces.
Kaʻiana, with his great ingenuity, was moving his infantry so that the firing lines of the chiefly women from Hawaiʻi could be broken. And among these aliʻi wahine was Kekupuohi, his wife.
While the gun battle continued between the ranks of Kaʻiana and the aliʻi women of Hawaiʻi, there came to be only a few armlengths between Kaʻiana and his wife, Kekupuohi, who was giving all of her strength, energy, and courage to the side of Kamehameha, her lord and chief, to whom she had dedicated her bones in life and in death.
It was then that Kaʻiana’s chest was pierced by three bullets. Bravely and without fear, he ran forward and grabbed the gun of Kuhimana. And then Kalino fired his gun, striking Kaʻiana in the left thigh, and Kaʻiana, this war leader of Kalanikūpule’s, collapsed. He did not, however, die.
When Kekupuohi saw Kaʻiana fall, she flung herself to the ground and lifted the head of her husband, and with tears tumbling down her cheeks, she pressed her nose against his. And it was at this moment that Kaʻiana’s last breath took flight, while his head lay resting upon his wife’s ʻūhā, her lap.’]

Card of the Day – 6 of Cups – Saturday, March 23, 2019

Under today’s Scorpio Moon, you may be looking at your past and seeking the truth of it all. Scorpio demands nothing less, and while this card tends to be more reminiscent of fond memories, Mercury is, after all, retrograde. This has been a tough Mercury retrograde for many of you, and the Moon, together with a conjunction which will be occurring between Mercury and Neptune tomorrow, combine to give you a more accurate view of how your past and your future need to differ.
When we see the 6 of Cups, it conjures up childhood memories, and harkens back to more innocent times. Being a Saturday, this is the perfect day to get together with an old acquaintance, and talk about times gone by in your local coffee shop. For more on what I have to say about today, and days to come, check out my video below.
See you…

Good morning and Happy Saturday, People. In speech is life, in speech is death. In ancient Hawai’i, a kahuna ‘ana’ana could pray someone to death or counter another’s death prayer. The saying tells the Hawaiians that words can either be a source for healing or destroying and so we need to be careful with our words. Peace be with you.

Card of the Day – 6 of Swords – Friday, March 22, 2019

All aboard! Typically, we see a boat guided by a shrouded figure, with its passengers simply sitting, as if along for the ride. Now look at this beautiful 6 of Swords image from the Children of Litha Tarot. Butterflies signal transition, and currently you are in the cocoon stage, riding as a passenger, in search of smoother waters.
Today, the Moon continues in Libra for everyone, fueling the desire to bring balance and fairness to life and relationships. It will be void-of-course for eight hours before moving into Scorpio. There will also be today, a conjunction between the Sun and Chiron, highlighting an area of your life which needs healing. I am concerned for some that when the hesitant energy of the Libra Moon turns void, a depression which is often associated with this card may envelop you. It truly does not have to be that way…first, remind yourself that…

Today marks the first day that all natural life springs into action, beginning a new cycle of life over the next 12 months.
The first day of SPRING is like the first hour of SUNRISE on a microcosmic scale…
The first day of SUMMER is like the first hour at MIDDAY….
The first day of FALL/AUTUMN is like the first hour of SUNSET…
The first day of WINTER is like the first hour at MIDNIGHT…

#SolitudeHeals
It is in the quiet times that we build our strengths and know we have something to rely on.
Solitude is not withdrawal into a place where no one and no sound can penetrate.
It is a sweet moment of peace with or without other people that lets us re-center and reset the rhythm of the mind, body and spirit.
It is wisdom to stay close to the solitude of nature to keep us young and pliable.

Cannabinoids for Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting: Overview of Systematic Reviews
Crooked Bear Creek Organic Herbs
Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV), one of the most distressing chemotherapy-related adverse events (AEs), affects about 75% of patients undergoing chemotherapy. Antiemetic drugs are considered first-line treatments, while cannabinoids are considered an option to be used if other antiemetics fail. The cannabinoids used for CINV include tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and analogs of THC. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the first synthetic cannabinoid as a prescription drug for the treatment of CINV in 1986. [Note: Dronabinol, synthetic THC (Marinol) was approved in 1986, not 1985 as the text states, as a schedule II drug. In 1999, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) transferred it from schedule II to schedule III. Non-synthetic THC (i.e., the kind in the plant) remains a DEA schedule I drug (no medical use).] In this overview, the authors summarize evidence from and critique the quality of published systematic reviews (SRs) of cannabinoids in CINV.

Spirituality | THE MYSTERY OF SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION, by Paramahansa Yogananda

Spiritual evolution is a mystic adventure – the adventure of raising consciousness. In this adventure, there is no chance or fortune because spiritual evolution is dynamic. It is in the existential flow and transcends fate. In short, to evolve spiritually is to overcome destiny and rewrite the future.
In the process of spiritual evolution, opposites based on the polarity principle become united. Through spiritual evolution, the clash of the opposites ends and the individual goes beyond the polarity principle. Because of this transcendence, internal conflicts come to an end and the individual attains peace.
Through the spiritual evolution, the individual turns towards beauty and escapes from the ugliness. Negativity is the reality of earthly life, but in the process of the spiritual evolution, everything negative starts to turn into positive because there is no place for negativity in absolute existence.
A person’s negativity can hinder his spiritual evolution. Because of the negative tendencies, the individual may deviate from the spiritual evolutionary path. This kind of deviation causes conflicts, pain, uneasiness, and chaos. The individual falls from the spiritually evolving cosmos to the chaos of decline.
The reason for the decline is the freedom to disobey the principles of the universe. When the individual abuses the absolute freedom that he has, he rebels against universal law and starts to decline. The only way to get rid of this declining is to evolve.
To choose the path of spiritual evolution, the individual has to taste the pains of downfall, because the one who does not know the pain of decline will not be able to know the value of spiritual evolution. Also, the one who does not know the decline cannot understand what spiritual evolving is. For that reason, only the ones who hit the floor of the decline will know the worth of the spiritual evolution.
