Is it possible to understand not only the objective phenomenon of sound, but also its inner causes? Explore the power of sound, its relationship with the etheric realms, some of its cosmological implications, and its link with human intuition.

The use of intuition and creative imagination has been an essential part of the work of great scientists and artists. How were great composers, scientists, and thinkers able to “sense” higher realities, translate them, and then step them down into concrete thoughts, music, words, or mathematical formulae? Does the universe or planet sound our own notes, or do we?

These reflections will take us to the core of the matter: What is meant by “The Harmony of the Spheres,” which famed occultist H.P. Blavatsky claimed not to be a mere philosophical fancy, but a reality?

Eduardo Javier Gramaglia holds a degree in classical philology from National University. He gives seminars, workshops, and lectures on a wide range of Theosophical subjects. His main area of research is the late Hellenistic tradition, particularly its hermetic texts on mystery traditions and astrology. He published Hermetic Astrology in 2006, the first book in Spanish on the ancient astrological traditions. He has taken part in international conventions, given seminars, and published two English translations of Ancient Greek astrological manuals. Eduardo teaches Ancient Religion and Myth, as well as Sanskrit language and literature at National University. He is also the principal pianist and harpsichordist of the Municipal Chamber Orchestra in Cordoba, Argentina and teaches musical analysis and the history of music.

If you’ve read CPM’s recent posts on The People Feeding Project, you know that we move a lot of food around weekly, shuffling ingredients from here to there and cooking things to hand out to the city’s hungry.  A lot of food gets handed out. But the truth of the matter is that what we cook id free or mostly free.  And we aren’t the only ones shuffling around ingredients either. This recipe features bread, which we are gifted weekly via our friend Liz from her friend Camilla, who retrieves day old bread from bakeries in Napa, which then arrive to Food Is Free Solano.  Day old bread is PERFECT for bread pudding.  Also, the eggs come from our egg supplier (on their way to expiration but still fine) and the sugar, coconut, toasted pecans and cinnamon was a gift from our friend Alexis, who recently…

Sun has left earthy Virgo and moved into airy Libra, the sign of peace, harmony and equality. It is highly relationship oriented and Libras usually compromise themselves to please others.
Sun is the Self. Venus, the ruler of Libra (and Taurus) is about what we value and the pleasures of the physical existence. When we have reached the 7th house in the zodiac which Libra and Venus rules, we come to a point where it is not all about the Self, it is about the union and the duality. Me in relation with you. Twoness and relationships, both personal, romantic and business.
During the Libra season we want to make sure that others are doing well and we do not like any type of drama. We want harmony and balance around us and we are getting used to the shifting of the seasons. We are more diplomatic and careful of speaking our truths if it could hurt someone else. We need to be careful to not get passive aggressiv though and we need to balance being by ourselves with being with others.

May it not be seen as a failure of your inner healer to seek appropriate medical support, whether choosing modern medicine, a more holistic approach, or even a blend of both. May we come to see caring for our bodies as a way of praising the holy name of our divinity as the light within and beyond all space and time. May we come to see how loving ourselves isn’t just a matter of saying nice words to our most insufferable parts, but taking the time to care for your well-being instead of giving fear more places to hide in you.
